I have been a satisfied customer for many years. WPMU Dev are constantly updating their core plugins and the quality of support is simply fantastic!

Pros

Award-winning plugins, Excellent support and a fantastic management hub for managing customers and websites. Everythings is brandable and there is also reseller management included

Cons

A public API for the Hub would be useful. At present, new customers need to be manually added. This is not a dealbreaker though.

I have everytime a perfect overview of my websites, I can automatticly update every single site, make back-ups, add plugins. All from the same dashboard. Really awesome. If I hadn't WPMUDEV, I'd have to take an employer to do all this work. Now I can do it on the side.

Pros

I can manage all websites I host and manage from one single dashboard (The Hub). As a bonus I have free access to a dozen premium Wordpress plugins that keep my sites secure, fast, backupped and add features like forms etc. Really brilliant. Also the hosting plans are lightning fast. I couldn't make it without this integration.

Cons

It's Australian and customer service is only in English. I'm Dutch so I have to translate everything. Not a real downside, but I have to come up with something :-)

Best WordPress management tools and reduces the need for other premium plugins.

Pros

WPMU Dev is one of the best WordPress management tool. I like it very much compared to the other WP management tools because of it additional plugins that help to optimize the website on every perspective. Like we have Smush that optimizes the images, Hummingbird used for optimizing the css, js & Html. Defender for security, Smartcrawl for SEO. And the best part is shipper which helps in migration websites ver smoothly

Cons

Few cons are still there with the individual plugin when we are going Indepth like in forminator, star ratings are not available and more.

I use this solely for customers maintenance plans for their website.

Pros

It's easy to use while having a robust amount of features that capture what's necessary to handle any website maintenance for a client.

Cons

I can't think of anything. The only piece of advice I would have is if WPMU has a YouTube channel or walkthrough what they recommend for each piece of software.

Overall it's been fantastic. I've been with them for many years. I install their suite if plugins on all my site.

Pros

Customer support is great. Rarely do I wait longer than 5 mins to connect with support. Support agents have always very knowledgeable aand professional . Generally the have been ae to answer my questions quickly.

Cons

Having to manually connect a new website to the WPMU hub. I haven't been able to connect through the hub. Instead I have to download the plugin, install it on the site and then connect to the hub through the plugin/site.

### "wordpress the easy way"

Automate all wordpress processes, this makes me focus on what really matters, and leave all the wordpress processes with WPMUDEV

Pros

It makes it a lot easier when creating wordpress projects, I really like multi-wordpress and the Branda plugin.

Cons

Price, I believe that as we can implement all the solutions manually too, the platform is a little expensive.

There customer support is amazing. I don't thing I ever waited more than a couple minutes for support when I needed it.

Pros

I tried for years to speed up an old WordPress website and failed every time until I used WPMU DEV to host my website.

Cons

This was the easiest transfer from one host to another than I have ever done. I can't complain about a thing.

Pros

The WP support they offer is amazing! Great support available any time of the day - helped me many times where I didn’t know what I was going.

Cons

Some of their WP plug-ins are ok/good and I prefer to use other alternatives. Performance plugin could be better and Smart Crawl Pro has a lot more to do to be as good as RankMath.

10/10 experience so far, was able to speak to an account manager who really went the extra mile to support.

Pros

Unrivalled functionality, modern UI, helpful customer support willing to go the extra mile. Professional and capable rebilling and whitelabelling functionality.

Cons

Only aspect is slight learning curve with both a vertical and horizontal menus in the UI
