What I most least about UBS is it too tack much load. Chat has too many issues and is not working smoothly that he has to work.

My overall experience with UBS is so impressive. They are doing well in the automation of the system.

Pros

UBS is mainly based on three things i.e. HRMS, PMS and Payroll and all of these have different importance. 1). HRMS gives accurate information about the employee and the primary function of the Onboarding process is so good. It also provides entry to exit data of employees. 2). PMS tracks the activity data and the time of every employee and we can also match it with standard time. 3). Payroll saves most of your time and also it gives you accuracy in the figures or numbers, the main thing is it provides pre-errors so you can settle them before generating the final payroll.

Cons

I'm so impressed with UBS and its operations. UBS has an impactful team which helps me in any situation whenever I need them they are always there for me. So from the service point of view, I do not see any cons.

Pros

The main benefit of using UBS is that you can manage everything in this one tool. You don't need to use different platforms for your task management, payrolls, chats etc. This really saves a lot time and increase the productivity of any organisation.

Cons

Sometimes i find it less user friendly, it takes a lot time to find one particular function in HRMS or PMS. I need to reload the web version in order to load the new messages on web.

It was mediocre it needed changes but not too bad.

Pros

The most interesting feature I liked is the time management , you can easily find how much time is taken in any task and can recognize I what changes are needed in you.

Cons

Sometime while clock in it asks for leave even if leave is not taken. In short the random bugs shouldn't appear so we can use it smoothly.
