January 28, 2022 5.0 My overall experience is really amazing as now I can see any employees details, any projects activities + any project's chat thread from a single place and everything under one roof, I feel like things come in control to me as a CEO because UBS's reports show me where I need to focus my attention based on its billable-nonbillable hours' work reports and productivity data of different projects, so that's why after implementing UBS into our organizations I feel things come to my control from the top level. Pros What I like most about this software is multiple tools at single place like HRMS system, PMS system, and Chat communication too everything comes under one roof to manage our day to day activities things, and due to this centralization of multiple activity tools, we increased our productivity and improved our management activities at different levels too. Plus I really liked their real-time activities management process as if we update anything it pushes changes to destination in less than a second without any other actions. Cons I don't see any major cons of this system so far, but yes they can improve design more for better user experience's perspective, and I think that is also okay for now as it satisfied all our basic needs already and looks like this tool will go a very long way ahead based on its features and things will get improve as time pass. Plus one suggestion is if they will cover sales CRM-related tools also in the UBS system then they will become unstoppable for IT companies. Awesome Pros Under the UBS we are using the CHAT, HRMS, and PMS. with the help of the PMS system, we do not need to worry about the timeline, task allocation, and status of each task and project. this way project management becomes easy. The chat system is also good we do not need another software or app for internal communication. Under the HRMS system Employee attendance, employee leaves, and working hours can be mange and after a month we can proceed with our payroll within a few minutes Cons As of now, I didn't find any. Pros I like their HR module most because I can track everything regarding employees which takes too much effort if we do it manually. i.e Employee attendance, Salary, Employee profile, joining date, last increment any many more. Before using UBS I was struggling to manage all this stuff but now it's very easy with UBS. Also I like time tracker module because I can see how much time spent on which task as well as overall project from particular employee. Cons I think i don't ave anything to dislike. Pros The most interesting feature I liked is the time management , you can easily find how much time is taken in any task and can recognize I what changes are needed in you. Pros UBS is mainly based on three things i.e. HRMS, PMS and Payroll and all of these have different importance. 1). HRMS gives accurate information about the employee and the primary function of the Onboarding process is so good. It also provides entry to exit data of employees. 2). PMS tracks the activity data and the time of every employee and we can also match it with standard time. 3). Payroll saves most of your time and also it gives you accuracy in the figures or numbers, the main thing is it provides pre-errors so you can settle them before generating the final payroll. Cons I'm so impressed with UBS and its operations. UBS has an impactful team which helps me in any situation whenever I need them they are always there for me. Cons They are adding more features every week and they have superb feedback systems. They really work on feedback. Pros The bestest part is everthing is available on a single platform i.e. HRMS, PMS, Payroll & Chat. 1) HRMS helps us to maintain an easy flow starting from the onboarding to exit process, track record of each employee is available as & when required. 2) PMS makes us understand the project status, where productivity of each employee can be easily measured through time tracking in propotion to the completion of task assigned. 3) In UBS, Payroll process consumes very less time & maintains accuracy as the system gives pre errors which can be first resolved in finger counting steps before proceding ahead to process payroll. 4) The integration of all these modules under one platform helps me to maintain a proper track record of each activity & seemlessly work on other priorities. Cons UBS have already set a good benchmark so it is obvious that my expectations on the upcoming modules/versions would be high in view of how it will help me more to easy my employees work life & take our organisation to next level. 1) Few reports like project vise task list of each employee working on particular project from the start of project being created till date can be an add on. 2) Email notifaction while changing Payroll password/PIN could be helpfull considering data security concerns. I know that it is made by focusing management for all types of organizations. But I can think of some ways this software could be better. 1. There are a lot of features, so we can improve the overall look and feel to make everything easy to find. 2. Storage space limitation can me incremented to share larger files on chat app or extra storage spaces can be provided like wetransfer or google drive. 3.
