We use it for all sorts of purposes including sending out a survey, coordinating a meeting, and also getting people to acknowledge reading an announcement. All very easy to setup. Cons There's certain functionality that are missing, the most important being bumping to people who haven't filled out the survey. This is a manual effort to figure out who hasn't filled it out. It sounds like you may be using our legacy "Surveys" feature, and that you could benefit from moving your surveys to polls instead! When creating a poll, click the "add another question" button. This will turn your single question poll into a multi question survey and you'll be able to use all of the poll features such as "reminders". To send a reminder for a poll you posted, click the "Open" button. Then scroll down and select "Boost poll responses" from the drop down. Choose "reminders" and it will tell you who has not responded and you can choose to send them a DM reminder. Happy polling! AB Allen B. Saves a lot of time when we're trying to get team votes/consensus on many different things. Cons The pricing seems a bit steep for what it is. We were bummed by that and have considered moving away or building our own polling tool in order to avoid this. It's very effective for quick polls! Pros I like that Simple Poll is actually a very easy software to use, so the name perfectly reflects one of its main characteristic. I usually use it when I need to lauch a quick poll on Slack: I can select the channel to post the poll in, then I enter the Question or Topic, and finally I add some Options (you can also decide whether or not make the poll anonymous) but if you want to limit the number of votes per respondent, you need to upgrade your plan. Cons In my opinion, it would be nice if there was the possibility to insert an image or a gif to place above the survey form (just to be more captivative).
