The company need to fix there bugs from their end. Pros Free to use . Easy to use. Simple and understable features and functionality .Any one can create meetings on Jio meet even with little technical knowledge.Jio meet is secure which is great. Cons After installation of Jio meet it asks alot of access in our smartphone such as location , file storage access , etc.I don't think location access should be given to video conferencing application asking for location access is not good for privacy of users. Overall, Jiomeet is an excellent platform for online meetings since it offers a variety of features, including the ability to talk privately or publicly while hosting the meeting. Jiomeet is the ideal platform for businesses. Pros Simple to use. solution for high-quality voice and video conferencing. With others, we can share the screen. It also functions with limited bandwidth. With Jio, you can host private or secret meetings with complete confidence. Meetings are relatively simple to schedule, and the application has less bugs than other programmes of a similar nature. Cons The voice may occasionally break or become choppy owing to bad connectivity; it may occasionally crash if overwhelmed. Restricted support for non-Jio devices, which may make it challenging for some users to join meetings. There is no live chat support, which can be a drawback for people who need help right away. Pros I like it's most unique feature of switching of active call from one device to other during live meeting. This feature is very useful and unique. All the features of JioMeet are totally free and easy to use. Cons JioMeet should improve the functionality of their mobile application. Software Engineer Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "A Decent Video Conferencing Software" February 9, 2023 4.0 Overall, it's a good application for video/audio conferencing, especially if you're a JIO user. Pros A few things - 1. As soon as the meeting is scheduled, you get a message on your phone with all the details, and I find it very convenient.2. The audio quality is impressive. Even over the average internet speed, the audio rarely lags.3. The user interface is minimal and it's not bombarded with useless options/features. Everything's straightforward.4. JioMeet is not heavy on the browser, and the memory usage is quite decent which I find useful as I'm someone who ends up opening a lot of tabs.5. Over decent bandwidth, the video quality is genuinely crisp and clear, but the data consumption is fairly low. Cons A couple of things -1. The initial click on "share" gives two options, and in case I choose the option to share the whiteboard, the next time I click on share, it automatically switches to whiteboard, which is highly unpleasant.2. If I've turned on the recording and I stop the recording later on, JioMeet starts showing the recording right away, and this brings a lot of distraction.3. In its web interface, even if the meetings are scheduled for the future and you click on "upcoming meetings", it doesn't show anything. Review Source RT Raja T. I would recombed to use google meet because it did not ask for access which are not related and almost everyone uses google meet. Pros The thing I like about this platform is that it is free to use. It is not compulsory to download the application on mobile or desktop to join meeting in jiomeet. It has many good features such as built in whiteboard, chat options and many more Cons The things I do not like about this platform is that when we download its mobile application we have to give many unrelated access to the mobile application of jiomeet which I think is unrelated for an video calling application.
