i enjoyed using it on the local and small level as it was easier to use back then .

Pros

it's simplicity and ease of use also it's fast performance and the ability to receive the information needed ASAP

Cons

unfortunately, it's lacked some advantages that could be useful and make the navigation easier like deleting all the emails at once and customize the front page.

Overall, I think that the quality is good and the design is simple. There are always room for improvement. 4/5

Pros

It is very simply set up and easy to use, with the ability to create folders to put the emails relevant to projects in. I think you can also create a custom workmail address name for your website. I like that there are not ads.

Cons

The calendar and calendar sharing features need to be improved; there needs to be better instructions in place in the support website for sharing calendars between people on the app. I found that this is not intuitive. I think if the features were closer to gmail or outlook, the features would be easier to use for everyone who has to work with this platform. I also wish there was a work-mail app for your smart phone.Also, I wish that when copying and pasting photos into emails, they are difficult to adjust the size of.

I would not recommend Amazon workmail for your business as it seems like they have just started with this service although its been there for quiet some time but there are tons of improvements which needs to be taken care of, smallest being is email access over the webclient with a good speed and accuracy, Just because it has seamless integration with Amazon services, it will not make it a good work mail. Images does not load properly in the email, webclient is way to slow if I compare them with gmail, hotmail or any other mail services. Contact Management needs a lot of improvement, Distribution Lists can not handle out of network email addresses. Calendar scheduling does not work. Amazon needs to pay some serious attention to it or otherwise they should retire this service.

Pros

Just the compatibility with other AWS services, apart from that there is nothing good about Amazon Workmail.

Cons
