Everything from showing how much to bid over ask and what that break even point is, the debt consolidation tool is one of the easiest for clients to understand, the Rent vs Own shows the many benefits of home ownership and the net benefits compared to renting. It's given me the confidence to talk with clients and Realtors about financial decisions, best mortgage practices and has given my referral partners tools to help them convert more prospects to clients. **Pros:** The first thing that stood out to me and that I like most is the ease of functionality. The learning curve was very minimal before I felt I was in a place to use it comfortably, which allowed me to implement the product in my business almost immediately. **Cons:** The only thing I struggled with at first was the Client manager. It took me a while longer than expected to be able to navigate this section with confidence. Mostly user hesitancy, when it did " Click " it was an incredible time saver. Paul S. Some of the mortgage calculator tools have been very useful as well. Overall, worth every penny. **Pros:** Daily updates (morning and market wrap), markets overview. **Cons:** For everyday use, the loan comparison tools are not as user friendly and full featured as one other competitor.
