From the morning video to the live MBS Charts and the tools MBS Hwy offers for me its the one thing I pay for that I cannot go without. Saves my clients money and positions me as a market expert to my clients and referral partners. Pros First off this is a game changer for me the insight \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team provide with morning video and live pricing when to lock or float is excellent and worth the money alone. The loan comparison for a purchase is what I use most frequently. I also like the loan amortization with comparing 2 loans I use these 2 all the time and they are super easy to use. Cons I would like the refinance comparison to be able to be more flexible and leave blank the current loan info to compare and just be able to show the comparison much like the loan comparison for a purchase. I am able to give co-branded valuable information to my Realtors that assists us in attracting and converting clients: Real Estate Report Card, Bid over Ask, Buy vs Rent. My clients get market analysis on a daily basis with guidance on what is happening and what is upcoming. Allowing us to make informed decisions around locking or floating. My business would not be complete or at the level it is at without MBS Highway. Pros Using MBS Highway allows you the ability to stand out - be seen as the pro! So easy to send high quality information: rent vs buy, bid over ask, real estate report cards and much more. I use the system daily and absolutely love it. Everything from showing how much to bid over ask and what that break even point is, the debt consolidation tool is one of the easiest for clients to understand, the Rent vs Own shows the many benefits of home ownership and the net benefits compared to renting. It's given me the confidence to talk with clients and Realtors about financial decisions, best mortgage practices and has given my referral partners tools to help them convert more prospects to clients. Pros The first thing that stood out to me and that I like most is the ease of functionality. The learning curve was very minimal before I felt I was in a place to use it comfortably, which allowed me to implement the product in my business almost immediately. Cons The only thing I struggled with at first was the Client manager. It took me a while longer than expected to be able to navigate this section with confidence. Cons The "Save/Save As" function is a bit unfriendly. I have often saved over my template and had to redo. Some of that is likely user error also. Just an area that I find to struggle with. Pros MBS Highway allows me to easily show my clients graphs and charts over time of their savings and expenses Cons The debt consolidation tool could use some tweaking in allowing us to put the loan amount in vs. it building it up based on debts to be paid off.
