December 17, 2021 5.0 Very good. Their support were awesome when we had challenges with a licence issue. Pros Dowork.ai allows you estimates and track in real-time with the Jira integration. Very easy to estimate projects and how much they would cost based on conservative or confident estimates. Cons It's team collaboration features aren't straight forward. There should be a team dashboard where you can set permissions as opposed to setting them at the project level. It's not a deal breaker but would be great to have that extra feature. Dowork.ai streamlines this process and you know the calculations are correct unlike doing it in an spreadsheet which could be vulnerable to formula errors. Pros \- Work breakdowns (WBS) are very comprehensive - Different users can provide their estimates of a task to help evaluate the likely scenario - Templates are supported since some of our projects follow similar structure. Time saver Cons \- Ability to add non-working days for team members to better calculate project duration. This feature maybe in the roadmap.
