"IntelliHire was an Intelligent Choice"
Pros: IntelliHire has made posting and tracking various job postings much easier. The recently added "buckets" to track if someone is disqualified, shortlisted, or moved on to an interview has been a great added feature. This saves time in trying to sort out where you are with each candidate for each job posting. The ability to post to multiple job sites with the click of a button makes posting jobs a breeze, thus saving valuable time to focus on other aspects of recruiting.
Cons: I would like the ability to move candidates from one job posting to another. There are times that a job needs refreshed and having the ability to move candidates that you haven't fully disqualified over to the new posting would be very beneficial.
