I lile that it has several options and we can add choices if we need to. It is so easy to use and parents can communicate with me on there. It is nice to include what the child day is like. Pros I love that it is easy to use. It is good to communicate with the parent when you have a question. Plus you can use the user interface to get to know the children. Cons Sometimes it is not easy to use Procare because when you go into the app it does not load my students. It also gives me a blank page until I totally turn off my phone and turn it back on. I love the ease of billing and not having to face to face ask for money each month Pros Customer support is awesome, ease of use, communication with parents, billing ease, it helps anxious parents feel more at ease with pictures and updates Cons with the new update I have had difficulty with after entering activity and time then having a distraction it resets and I don't catch it and I have to go back and individually correct it for 18 students which didn't use to happen. Also when I switched from Stripe to in house $ collection the fees are huge I comparison.
