For an industry often strapped for cash, it's nice to have an all-in-one that just works, without a ton of intervention or setup.

Pros

They fit a ton of great features into a relatively simple-to-use package. Cloud- and local- based options give some flexibility Ability for parents to log in and get information on their account is very welcome. Could be expanded, but might be out of scope.

Cons

User interface looks a little dated Hardware suggestions/requirements are pretty out of date and quickly obsolete. Tablet peripherals should be able to do most features and would be a much more effective solution, cost-wise.

Save time and money in the longrun. A lot of what we now can do on Procare we were doing by hand. I also appreciate the Cloud portion so I am able to work from home.

Pros

Pretty easy to flow around in, the HELP support online is pretty easy and the people I have talked w over the phone for help have the utmost patience in the world, extremely friendly! I appreciate that!

Cons

Probably the amount of wait time when I need to call in to support. It isn't the worst but usually I have about 18-25 calls ahead of me.

I was frustrated when I was working with Danny and getting things transferred over, we were missing emails and connections which prolonged my date to start at the beginning of the year- Parents were unhappy that we put out a notice that we were not ready to roll it out- We have been having issues with the finger print scanner- working on that now, only compatible with Windows 7- and we are all on 10 now and had to pay an IT person for 7 hours trying to figure out how to get connected etc... All growing pains when we do something new. That is the 3 Star of ease- Tuition Express team has been amazing, very helpful and took time to really get me into the system and getting be comfortable- Benji & Marlina were awesome!! I am very excited about how time is going to be saved, collections will be reduced and so much more as I figure more out!

Faster processing, and the team has no way of losing documentation as it's saved on the cloud.

Pros

I like that I can pull up parent signatures, and it can bulk bill. Make's things so much easier to invoice clients, and separate the charges.

Cons

that there's no way to include GST. I've made it so that gst is included in the charge. Also would be awesome if you could multiple charge. Right now you can only assign one charge per client, ideally I want to assign multiple charges to clients.

I love that the Kinderlime group is quick to respond with any questions or suggestions we have.

Cons

There are a few features we would like to see added with meals and simple ease of use things. Have conveyed them through customs service and are hopeful for changes!

Overall it is great and very useful!

Pros

That parent can check on their kids any time of the day and can receive pictures and videos that will remain in their records.

Cons

That it takes so much time to fill up all the information when we have 12 kids a day with different schedules. ;)

Pros

All of the different places you can find the answers to your questions. The support desk is very helpful. The Book that comes with the program is well written and shows you the steps you need to implement something. It is exactly what i wanted for my center.

Cons

Nothing at this time that is considered a con. Since the support system is great. I don't have anything negative to say about this program.

A great product! Highly recommend.

Pros

Both ProCare programs helped lauch our after school program from the dark ages to the computer age. The accounting portion greatly improved our collections and most importantly, our security has become much more efficient with the attendance piece.

Cons

When we purchased the V9 version we knew V10 was in the works. We were told the end user would not be affected by the upgrades. However, when V10 came out, new V10 ProCare looked very different. However, it functioned the same with many improvements. This made the transition smooth. The support is fabulous and ProCare has proven to be an excellent product.

Cons

The reimbursement didn't seem to work when I refunded a family. Not sure on the glitch there and the team is great about following up assisting us.

Pros: ability to verify staff hours as well as children's attendance beautiful presentation---a nice looking product great customer service! You got right back to us when we had a problem. Cons: We ended up with two accounts and two billings. Irritating to sort out. We found another product that we liked better (bright wheel) because it has a billing component that works for us. Suggestions: Your product is nicer looking and your customer service is better than Brightwheel. But check out how you differ and consider offering the billing features they have.

Pros

The product is easy to use, and streamlines many of the processes we use in operating our child development center.

Cons

I really love everything. I would like to implement the credit/debit card payment feature, but unfortunately the transaction/interest fees are more than we are able to manage.

It was a huge hassle before Kinderlime (multiple student spreadsheets, paper sign-in/outs, timesheets, staff contact details, parent contact details, separate newsletter software, invoices, whatsup distribution lists). Now it's all under one umbrella, phew. It took a little while to get here as with anything new. Best part of Kinderlime is Customer Service. They truly know what it means. We are looking forward to future enhancements and would gladly recommend it to anyone/everyone.

Pros

Highly intuitive and easy to train the new staff.

Billing is more precise for the parents to see exactly the amount of time that their children were in attendance.

Cons

Learning the program was extremely difficult, however, that is because I didn't take the time to watch all of the videos.

Just like with any other large company that serves a large part of the country, when you call Procare, you have to take your place in the "waiting cue". However, once you get your turn at bat, the service is always outstanding. I have had to call the tech support team on several occasions and each time, they go above and beyond the call of duty to help me get back on track. My last experience was exceptional in that they were able to solve a problem that required me faxing them information before they could fix the issue. I was advised by the tech support guy on the phone to fax the information. I figured it would take forever because my fax would be lying around in some unattended bin. Well, to my surprise, they took care of my issue within 30 minutes! Procare is the best!

The man hours that Procare saves this company allows this software to pay for itself. Overall, I am very pleased with the software, and its ease of use. It does seem that when something does happen to go wrong, it happens to a lot of customers at once, so getting through to customer support can be a lengthy process. I would like to see a better interaction with Apple products, for those of us that have made the switch to an iOS platform. If I had one wish it would be that parents were able to enroll themselves, or at least have a registration process that allowed the enrollment information to be downloaded into the assigned fields, with the billing information added by the office personal after the initial enrollment. That would take Procare from a solid 8, to a 10!
