I have seen the changes and upgrades to make it user friendly and I appreciate the constant upgrades for finesse. Pros Procare is a very easy software to learn and the assistance given when you do need help is quick. Cons There was a feature that was added about two years ago that I didn't like but was edited and deleted. It was with regard to being signed on and timed out too quickly. We love all of the features that Procare has to offer. The products only weakness is that we can't take credit cards as parents can't be billed for credit card fees directly and this would be too much work for us to deal with. Pros I love all of the features contained in Procare. It easy to use and easy for parents to get information about their child each day from it. Cons I wish parents could use credit cards and get billed directly for credit card processing fees. All we can currently do is to take ACH Transfers. For credit cards we use Square. Pros The ability to accept all forms of payment for tuition, the ability to collect and generate all types of data, and the ability to generate reports. I also like the ability to communicate and email information to parents. Pros Procare is always trying to improve and add new features. Their online videos are always available and easily understood. We appreciate that when they are looking to implement something new we are able to be part of the Beta version and give feedback. Especially appreciated that Procare listens to our feedback. Cons There are some simple functions that we would like (for example - a place to put our own school calendar or other notices that parents can just view when they need. Additionally, a ProCare message or email alert that a parent has uploaded a document for our review. HOWEVER, we understand that they can't always implement what we feel is needed. Ease of use in most areas (billing areas could use more features) but overall the system is very simple to us and set up. We've also had great success with the help center. Always available and quick to respond! Cons Having to flip through different screens in billing to gather necessary information. I would be great to have some additional filters to filter in and out billing information and invoices. It is nice to be able to have all of the information needed in one spot and not have to reference paper forms. Pros I really like the ease of use. Most of the information in the desktop version syncs to the app we use. Cons Not all of the information syncs. Parents love it, from signing in/out of their children to checking their account and making payment. To monitor hourly staff hours1- are easier with Procare. Cons 1- I wish if salaried people do not require to clock in and out. The previous software we were using did not make salaried persons to clock in/out. 2. The hourly staff timecard should automatically be rounded up. Right now we have to fix every minute in their timecard to avoid overtime. Review Source MF Molly F. Everything is in one place and it helps organize my current students and future students. Pros Procare makes my life easier to run my center. I love the billing part, I set it up and hardly have to think about it. I can check on my classrooms' numbers without even leaving the office. My team and I can check in with parents throughout the day with ease. Cons The emergency contact pages that we print are nice, but I would like to be able to add information or have more options. I would like to be able to print my Leads page, this can help me see who is on it and when they want to start. Pros Its like a one stop shop ! I use a lot of features for the family sign ups and did away with the millions of hard copy forms. Saving these digitally has bee a game changer for me.
