I work at the front desk, and this product makes my job with customer support flow. Cons I really have nothing bad to say. As a user for more than 10 years it's a sad place to be. Pros Covers all aspects of our business. Good features for family communication. Integrated payroll is an inexpensive solution. It is so much fun to be able to share pics with the parents and everything being in one app for them. Pros It has been such a help with our early learning center. I did not realize how much more involved we can make the parents fill with it! Cons Certain settings are a little difficult to figure out. Procare has helps with keeping ratios togethers and sign in and out of children easy. Pros Easy access for parents to sign in, see billing, and communicate to families. Communication was a big part of our center using Procare. It is so easy just to send a quick note to parents and know they will see it sooner than an email. September 2, 2025 5.0 Everything from initial conversations to training and implementation has been superior. There is a good bit of competition out there and we would choose Procare again! Pros We have been using Procare for only a few months. We absolutely LOVE IT so far. So many features make my job as director easier, but I really like teachers being able to communicate with parents. It gives them ownership of parent relationships. Cons We have had a few times when the software was running extremely slow in the AM. I reached out to Procare and received a prompt reply. Maybe an update to the app with more ai choices. Pros I enjoy that you can easily message parents and sign students in. I also enjoy all the info on a student that you can see in case there’s an emergency. Cons What I least like about this app is it keeps booting me out and I have to resign in. Their customer service is amazing and responsive. The cost is well worth the time it saves me, and it is very easy to use! The app allows you to send photos to multiple families at the same time. Cons The app doesn't have a summary feature that lets you update daily reports for more than one student at a time. The app doesn't allow you to attach pictures or documents when sending direct messages to parents.
