Decent until recently. A major issue that precludes me from billing my subsidized children has been treated as if it doesn't matter. Enought to get different software.

Pros

Integration with TE and tracking of some information

Cons

The accounting package has never been great but we madee it work. customer service is extremely frustrating The inability to go back to look at history

My overall experience with the Procare Software has been good. There has been the occasional updates and moments where the system was down, but not often enough where it's been a major concern.

Pros

I started playing around with the system more, learning new functions. I really enjoy using the mass communication function the most. It makes things more convenient for me. Many of the staff members and a few of the parents also enjoyed seeing the messages on the Procare screen.

Cons

The biggest con of the software is it's ease of use. I'm still learning and trying to figure out some of the available functions of the software. My biggest struggle I'm currently having is trying to figure out how I can display each child and teacher's schedule on the screen so it's easily seen at first glance. I'm also trying to figure out how I can set up the software to automatically charge the parents for late pick ups. I am unsure if the code I created is correct.

Have used many different software packages and typically have found the the more user friendly the less functional the software is. Employer was using only the AR portion of the software. The AR is easily understood and does an excellent job to working customer accounts and statements. Just recently added Expenses & Ledgers and hope to add Payroll in the not too distant future.

Pros

AR system is excellent. Very user friendly and straight forward. Being a new user without a previous user available to train me found the help to actually be very helpful. Webinars are an excellent tool and the support help desk is remarkable. AR automatic billing took a couple of tries to get right, but errors made were easily corrected. Tuition Express auto pay is excellent.

Cons

The system is designed with the non-account in mind. Consequently for an account it is a bit cumbersome. AP has the most room for improvement. Need to be able enter and select for payment on a single check multiple invoices for a vendor with different invoice/due dates. AP also needs to prompt the user if a duplicate invoice number is being entered for the same vendor. AP needs to have the ability to accept a negative invoice and credit memo without having to apply it to an outstanding invoice. General Journal entries tries to help by selecting the normal debit/credit side which slows me down. Also would like to be able to enter a description for individual entries rather than a single group entry description.

Pros

It was great at first, then we started having issues.

Cons

The system is frequently down, so I end up manually updating time cards and student attendance. This is one of the reasons we are choosing to discontinue using ProCare. Also, when you call for Customer Service, it is not fun to be #39 when you need immediate assistance.

I love the option of finger print or clock in numbers. This is nice because some people do not care for remembering numbers all the time. It has helped with people signing in and out.

Pros

I love the ease of using this program! They put you and your centers needs first and always are helpful in guiding you through problems that may occur. The Pro Care program is an exceptionally organized system and I am so glad we chose this program!!

I can't think of anything that I don't like about this program. I love the timeclock feature of either having

You can only send and see messages on the app and not on the online version, which is not helpful sometimes

Pros

Billing and keeping track of timesheets for children and our employees. The email system is great. I do use some of the reports for our parents too, they are nice, but a little confusing to figure out which one you need.

Cons

We seem to have alot of 'fingerprint' issues. We set them up and it works for a day or two, then stops. Some parents have to be re-registered several times. Sometimes we end up giving them a code. Not great consistency with the check in station. It is also very hard to make changes in a child's account for days/hour during the year.

I have not used anything but Procare. It was in place when i started working here so i have nothing to compare it to.

The software meets our current needs but with mobile/Tablet world need a face lift and more features. As a software professional , I can provide some recommendation on how further this product can be improved.

Pros

This is best integrated child care center management software on cloud with easy to manage customers, teachers and also accounts. As it integrates solution Accounts, expenses reports, time card for teachers and payroll all achieved in one umbrella

Cons

Need features like mobile app or Tablet friendly application. The Expenses and account management should have bank account integration. Monthy Bank statement reconciliation is really weak comparing to accounting software and also receipt management is a challenge. As a software professional , I can provide some recommendation on how further this product can be improved.

It's easy for all of us, although there are many options it is quick and everyone caught on easily. It's been awesome having the accounting pretty much done for me because all the numbers are right there!

Pros

I like how easy it is to use, I like how everything is connected. We have cloud storage so it's so convenient to access from anywhere! It's nice that the employees information is kept in the same place as everything else. There are so many great features that I can't pick a favorite, but I do love being able to see daily numbers ect. The billing is smooth.

Cons

The price. It is so pricey and I know there are other softwares that are cheaper, but I am in love with Procare so the price is something we overlook.

The customer service was nice and not pushy with the sale. I still get calls from the other companies offering a lower rate each time. When I called Procare the employees were not pushing for the sale but seemed to really care about what we needed and how they can suit our needs.

### "Sandbox is Top Notch!"

Sandbox is super easy to use. It used to take me 3 days to do billing with the other product I used. Now it only takes me minutes! Parents love the ability of paying online and seeing real-time posts from teachers about their child. Sandbox Customer Service is Top Notch!

Pros

Sandbox Customer Service is always there, ready and willing to help in any way possible. They are fast, friendly and resourceful.

Cons

Problems linking the Sandbox app with the online software.

I have been using this program for over 6 years now. When I moved to a new program, I brought sandbox with me!

Pros

This program is very user friendly and the costumer service is amazing. Anytime we have any issues one quick email and the problem is looked into and resolved as quickly as possible. Also if there is anything we need the program to do (with limits of course) they are happy to try and accommodate the need.

Cons

Because we have a very small center there are many of the features that don’t apply to our needs. And there are few things we would like, but the program doesn’t do because of our size. We have made what is available work though.

I love using this product. I use it daily to communicate with my parents. My parents love it too

Pros

It is seamless and Kinderlime is constantly making updates and upgrades. This software isn't only for large centers. I am a in home child care and I feel the easy and usefulness of this product is outstanding. It really helps reduce time spent on things that I would have to do after hours. A lot of times...I can grab my phone and update a parents account while I am thinking about it. I am excited about the menu enhancement made. I plan to use that weekly. Kindelime is always making great progress. Kinderlime listens as well. I made a suggestion and in a short amount of time they made it happen. Thank you Kinderlime for your constant support of my small business.

Cons

Currently I have no complaints about the software. there are a few glitches at times, but that is understandable.
