It's easy to pull all kinds of reports and having so much data in one place makes life so much easier. Cons I don't like that the desktop version and new version aren't completely synced yet. I would not change to a different program because this is the best. Pros This software pretty much does everything that a child care center needs to operate on a daily basis. The team is very courteous and quick to respond to your queries. Pros Kinderlime has provided a lot of ease and efficiency in our after school care tracking and billing concerns. Parents can view as a child is signed in or out of a room or from school. Cons Kinderlime is an online based application. If there is no internet or a delay then that informs cannot be processed. In all the years I've used them, I can't rave enough on their customer service!!! They are a 10 star!! They are always right on top of any problem I have (which I can count on less than 2 hands because it's such a great program) and went above and beyond to get my problems solved VERY quickly. Having an all in one system, family data-payments-staffing etc makes my job easier and leaves me more time to do the important stuff..working ON my business!! February 12, 2018 4.0 Pros It is easy to use and usually makes sense when starting something new. I like how things are set up so I only have to type a few things and my information or needs pop up. I was recently very thankful for the help of the support team when we lost all of our information due to a computer problem. They have worked very hard to help me with all of the problems that have arisen due to the crash. Cons There are times I would like to see more ability to change or delete information. I love the fact that you can use it for multiple things such as communication, payments and announcements. I enjoy the customizable features, and you can't beat the price! We use it for staff time clocks, child records, and payments for our preschool program for over 100 children and 30 staff. Pros I love the support we get when we have any issues - large or small Cons It is not always super clear to me how to get the reports I want, but once I figure it out it's exactly what I need. Our parents love the simplicity and the overall look of this system. Pros I love the easy access to every section and the detailed reports we can get. This has been a big plus for our customers. Pros Ease of use. Tuition express option. Reminder feature. Cons The program times me out too easily, sometimes while I am in the middle of working with it. Switched from [Smartcare](https://www.capterra.com/p/141292/SmartCare/) SmartCare did not provide the quality of service that we required. I know where the money is going and the accounts to keep an eye on. Definitely helped in accountability of records. Pros Technical support is superb! Every time I have an issue, a knowledgeable support technician has either fixed my problem or guided me in making needed adjustments without delay. Cons The initial buildup of the system was difficult for me. After watching the tutorials it made things a lot easier.
