Sandbox is not compatible with the regions waiting list. 2. Would like to be able to send group emails to families from Sandbox and not have to use and not be directed to outlook. I would like to use it more but I have Hi Mama for programming for my educators. it would be good to have this as an access in sandbox. I really love the look of the program it's it so simple but has covered many administration issues for me. Procare has a place where records can be preserved because keeping records is simple and easy. It's simple to use and simple to teach others how to use. Using it has never been a problem for me since our organization moved to it over a year ago! Cons I have no complaints regarding the app. It currently satisfies all of my kids' requirements and wants. I can filter out accounts I don’t want to see. Pros I like that parents and organization both have access to the system and that if it is in real time. It is very easy to post payments and bill accounts all at once. Cons It doesn’t provide some of the reports that I need from time to time. I wish the times the children are scheduled to be in and out are on the sign in sheets. This was so helpful with our old software program. We are learning to adjust, but really miss that feature. The only other Con I can think of is that there are SO many good functions and aspects with Procare it can take a few minutes sometimes to figure out the best way to get what you need.
