It's essential to running my business.

Pros

The procare software is very robust and the technical support is great for answering any/all questions.

Cons

The server often goes down or is slow and then our teachers/parents can't sign in/out during these times. It is very frustrating.

Server down time is extremely rare outside of occasional scheduled maintenance¿which we carefully plan to take place outside of normal business hours for most centers.

The email functions are too primitive. I cannot change fonts, add any graphics, customize to make attractive or otherwise enhance basic communication.

I had a parent who needed to use two credit cards for payment and wanted them to be set up automatically. I called and spoke with Benji who was extremely helpful in helping me find a solution for this family by using the on line payment system. He was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining and talking me through the process! I've always had great service with the TE representatives but Benji has surpassed them all!

It is very user friendly and the support is wonderful.

I love it. It is like having a personal assistant for me as the director.

Pros

The parents and our staff are totally in love with this. The communication that are parts get is top notch. In this crazy world, this app gives our parents ease. They get an up to date on their child and all their child’s needs.

Cons

The app glitches a lot. Some phones require a re download often

Pros

Online customer registration. Online customer payments. Quick and easy reports and communication with parents.

Cons

We found thay we could not produce the exact reports we required. Medical lists were not as easy to compile as we had hoped ie allergy lists for each class.

Pros

It is very easy to use, I like how I can print out certain reports as needed. It is linked with the Tuition Express which is so great when it comes to tuition.

Cons

Sometimes certain customers have hard time getting their finger print read. Also, when i want to e-mail the statement to a particular customer, it does not have the e-mail save in there.

The reports and how easy it is to use and I learn something new about it still.

It’s hard to get help when you have a question. No return calls or emails.

I actually liked V9 more but now I am starting to understand V10 better.

I love being able to keep updated notes for parents on their children. The notifications are clear and seem to go through to devices well. This is a user friendly app which is a big deal.

I would love a quick note option that you can customize and save to use often.

Josh was great with setting up our check in for our teachers! Every time I have called tech support I have has a great experience! They will walk you thru even if you aren't the most experienced at using ProCare! We have had this program for 15 years and I wouldn't use anything else!

Ease of use, all the different reports.

Cons

That I had to go to Windows 10! I hate this because if I ever have any problems it always comes back to this version!

Pros

Ease of putting in parent and child information. It is also very easy to do billing, send statements via email, and monitor payments with Tuition Express.

Cons

Because we are a private school with many variables: vacation schedules, multiple daily schedules, half to full days, etc.; the software does not do what I would like so there are still many things that I do using Excel. For example I cannot make class lists with all the information that I want: schedule, allergies, lunch option, nap option, vacation schedule option.

Pros

It's so user friendly! It doesn't take long to learn all of the functions. It saves business owners/directors so much time because it's so versatile!

Cons

The thing I like least is that if my internet goes down, then I can't work on the system, but that's not even Procare's fault!

The software is very user friendly and can be used for an agency like ours that operates multiple locations. The customer service has been terrific!

Pros

Helps ensure tuition is paid on time- charged correctly, collected in a timely fashion, recorded accurately, etc. Children's and employee's files are electronic and in one place for state licensing purposes, NAEYC accreditation, etc. Management can quickly check attendance, tuition balances, snack and meal counts by category for USDA reimbursement etc. Procare allows us to set up a variety of tuition rates, subsidy amounts, and discounts.

Cons

What I like least about Procare is that there is not a local team that can come on site to provide training/assistance.
