Pros I like that there is a central location for all my childcare needs. I can manage payments, communicate with staff and receive notifications when my child is signed in and out. They are also amazingly quick in their response. I have never experienced a customer support team this great. Pros Very user Friendly for the most part. Many webinars and tutorials that are great. Support team is amazing! Cons Due to the extensive features it can be overwhelming at first. Cons Customer service is horrendous. We could not get a training time being on the west coast. Only after we looked to cancel did they suddenly have availability for training time. It allows me to create student's schedules with ease. Billing has always been a breeze as well thanks to procare tuition express. The only improvement that could really help me has to do with the waitlist. The program does not allow to change the children's age and adapt it to current time. So when a child who was in the waitlist 2 years ago, his age doesn't change with current date so when I'm looking to select a child from a certain grade category, it will still show that child's grade level at the time of input. We would like to clarify one thing though about children¿s age calculations. You are correct that the classroom assigned to a child does not automatically change as time passes; however, their age will always be correct based on the date selected. I love that I can call and get someone and they can help me without making me feel like I don't know what I am doing. Although it¿s true that financial entries posted to a family can¿t be individually deleted (in order to preserve your audit trail and accounting integrity), you can click the Hide Voids button in the top left of any ledger card to remove them from view. However windows 10 gave us no choice, but let me tell you how wonderful the experience has been. Rep (sales) was awesome! I had worked with him before on another project and he did not disappoint. Helped us get everything sorted and set up! New to us was the Tuition Express side of Pro Care and let me say they did not disappoint there either!! rep is awesome...he walked me through everything and then called back to help set up the payments...he also on a day off called to help walk me through the payment processing for the first time!!!! Above and beyond is all I can say about the support and dedication the workers at this company have to their product. He was able to explain very clearly and concisely how to set up new clients in the system. He also provided his phone extension so I can get assistance once I have all my clients entered. Pros I am new to actually using Tuition Express, but I see that it will provide for a professional look and good organization. Cons I actually processed a payment tonight for the wrong amount. When processing a payment, I wish the amount being taken when using a credit card would show up on the same screen to avoid confusion. Review Source
