Pros

Checking kids in is easy and fast. It is convenient to have multiple stations for check in and out. We can lock the sign in so guests can't access back-end data.

Procare keeps our business organized as it offers various functions with its program. It allows me to create student's schedules with ease. Billing has always been a breeze as well thanks to procare tuition express. The only improvement that could really help me has to do with the waitlist. The program does not allow to change the children's age and adapt it to current time. So when a child who was in the waitlist 2 years ago, his age doesn't change with current date so when I'm looking to select a child from a certain grade category, it will still show that child's grade level at the time of input.

You are correct that the classroom assigned to a child does not automatically change as time passes; however, their age will always be correct based on the date selected. This is helpful so you may run enrollment and wait list reports for any day (now or into the future) and each child¿s age is adjusted automatically.

Pros

That there are so many options and so many reports to use that are helpful. I love that I can call and get someone and they can help me without making me feel like I don't know what I am doing.

Cons

Sometimes when I call I am on hold for what feels like forever but everyone gets back to me quickly so it makes up for that.

The reports are fantastic.On this software you can run detailed reports on almost anything.

Pros

Very easy and doable software to run. I also like the detailed reports it can produce.It really is nice from a number aspect.

Cons

That you cannot delete in the billing you can only void.It would be nice just to delete if there's an error rather then void it.

Lisa ¿ Thank you so much for your feedback. We¿re happy to hear how much you appreciate the wide variety of detailed reports. Although it¿s true that financial entries posted to a family can¿t be individually deleted (in order to preserve your audit trail and accounting integrity), you can click the Hide Voids button in the top left of any ledger card to remove them from view. Also, parents never see voided items on their statements.

This program is so easy to use. Parents and administrators love the quick and easy sign-out process. No more paper sign-outs and manually adding up the hours. Hooray!

Cons

We would appreciate additional reporting features. Kinderlime has been very responsive to our requests and we anticipate a solution soon.

Attendance is easier and always at my fingertips. The safety feature of knowing who signed in/out what child and when is great. I love sending out and receiving communication through the app.

Pros

Kinderlime is EASY for me and the parents. Adding it to our program has made my life easier. The parents love it too!

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about it.

I saw Kinderlime at another organization and it came highly recommended. Support help has been fantastic from the get-go.

We were very hesitant to upgrade to Pro Care 10 as the 9 version was so easy. However windows 10 gave us no choice, but let me tell you how wonderful the experience has been. Rep (sales) was awesome! I had worked with him before on another project and he did not disappoint. Helped us get everything sorted and set up! New to us was the Tuition Express side of Pro Care and let me say they did not disappoint there either!! rep is awesome...he walked me through everything and then called back to help set up the payments...he also on a day off called to help walk me through the payment processing for the first time!!!! Above and beyond is all I can say about the support and dedication the workers at this company have to their product. Pro Care 10 does so much and more...I can not wait to see what the new parent portals will be like!

This software will shorter our work time for payroll and food program. It's very user friendly. Just knowing I have support from pro care means a lot. Every time I have called the person is always so helpful and I get all my questions answer and I'm not stressed after our conversation. This means a lot to end the call knowing you can do the task you need to do. I m very satisfied with pro care at this time.

Pros

Very user feiendly. It will help with payroll time cards food program and check in for children so much faster. We are using the finger print option to sign children in and out.

Cons

Entering employees time is a little time consuming. We had to purchase another computer for signing in children ., buy a web cam and fingerprint monitor

Agent was very helpful today. He was able to explain very clearly and concisely how to set up new clients in the system. He also provided his phone extension so I can get assistance once I have all my clients entered.

Pros

I am new to actually using Tuition Express, but I see that it will provide for a professional look and good organization.

Cons

I actually processed a payment tonight for the wrong amount. When processing a payment, I wish the amount being taken when using a credit card would show up on the same screen to avoid confusion.

I love how this is an all in one system for my in home daycare. I get to utilize daily sheets, billing, newsletters, messaging and daily sign in. I would recommend this for any in home service.

Cons

It does get glitchy from time to tine and when sending out a mass message it will sometimes crash.

WOW, I would have never thought software could be this easy! Sandbox has made their product SO user friendly, fast, and efficient! I can get the exact information I need saved easily, and it's a cinch to generate reports for administrative purposes and future planning. I have been especially impressed with their customer service. There were a couple of minor tweaks we wished to have in the software, which I offhand shared with our rep. Sandbox made these changes \*JUST FOR US\*. I would have NEVER expected that. They are have been proactive in calling to check in on any issues we have run into. They have fantastic expansion plans on the horizon which will make this software even better than it already is! If you are looking for a heavy and clunky software with every option under the sun, you've come to the wrong place. This software is new, looks great on every device you use, and offers all the (simple) features we wanted to find. I am excited to continue a relationship with this company and see what growth they have! Keep up the great work, Sandbox!

Pros

It is simple, userfriendly, and the customer service is great!

Cons

There are some features it is missing that would make it even better. I wish there was translations to Spanish for the messaging feature with parents. I also wish there were different levels of admin access dependent on the staff member.

Kinderlime's features meets our needs more than other programs I was looking at.
