I used to work in a dental design company and this software was helping a lot. Pros I like that this software can deal with many types of files like X-rays, scans and PDFs. Also, Sidexis 4 can deal with 2D and 3D x-Rays for efficient dental analysis. Cons This software is not easy to use especially for new users they need a previous experience to be able to work on. Although the help to figure out issues could be improved Pros I really like the fact that you can take a few different types of x rays on the same machine. For example you can take 3d options as well as 2D options. If you have the gagging patient this is thE BEST which we know we run across more than a handful of the gagging patients. You can easily discover a 4th canal with the 3D imaging for endo which is harder to see on a 2D X ray Cons It’s very challenging to find out who to get in touch with. Not a lot of local help And sometimes trying to explain things over the phone is very difficult. The program does freeze quite often and you have to logout completely to restart it.
