Pros

Its very easy to use and is helpful in connecting with candidates. It has a dashboard that is intuitive and provides clear information.

Cons

There are still limited CRM integration at this point and I have experienced some bit of a delay in the integrations.

AnyBiz makes cold outreach less of a chore. It takes a while to trust the system, but once it's dialed in, it saves a ton of time and helps generate leads in the background while you focus on other work. It's not a magic bullet, but it's a strong tool for any team doing B2B sales at scale.

Pros

The AI-powered automation is the standout feature. AnyBiz handles lead discovery, message personalization, and even replies without much manual effort. The Smart Agent really feels like an extra teammate doing the outreach work. It was also pretty easy to set up, which was a nice surprise.

Cons

The user interface could be cleaner. Some areas feel cluttered or slightly outdated. Also, since the platform handles a lot automatically, there's a short period where you need to monitor things closely to make sure it aligns with your tone and goals.

I can say that it has achieved progress and accelerated on its main objectives. Target to excel in finding and engaging potential business leads within target industry.

Pros

First and foremost is the value for money, ensuring that the amount used to pay for the application is worth it, and having the edge in making a sales strategy that can find the potential lead and successfully closing the deal.

Cons

It's not likely to be a consequence rather a challenge to the user, especially to those who are not familiar with AI Game. But ease of usage is tremendously easy which can make the user catch up on its familiarity with usage.

Before using AnyBiz, finding partners felt random and took a lot of time with manual emails. Now, the outreach is automated and personalized, so we can connect with more people without all the effort. It saves me time and helps us grow our network and programs more easily. We've been able to scale our work without needing to do a lot more.

Pros

I really like that AnyBiz lets me reach out to people through both email and LinkedIn. It makes it easy to connect with guest lecturers and partner organizations. The email warm-up feature helps make sure our emails don’t end up in spam, which is really important when trying to build professional relationships. I also like the visitor tracking—it tells us who’s interested in our site and automatically starts a conversation, which helps turn that interest into real partnerships.

Cons

The analytics are helpful for a quick look at how things are going, but they don’t show enough detail about long-term engagement. Also, the pricing could be more flexible, especially for non-profits or schools with seasonal budgets.

I really value the features of deliverability which increases the open rates and makes sure our emails are not heading to the spam. They give you message templates you can edit so my emails still sound like me and match our company's style

Pros

Has a very friendly designed dashboard, the automated messages are sent by many different channels like email , linkedin which helps us cover more ground and make sure were not losing out on leads.

Cons

The data in the dashboard sometimes take a while to get updated. Also the email warmup takes a while to be ready to send out messages.

You really need to write your own messages carefully so they don't sound like a robot sent them. The reports on how well the messages are doing are okay, but pretty basic.

Pros

This tool is great for automatically sending out emails or LinkedIn messages to keep in touch with potential customers.

Cons

You can write a few messages and set up a schedule for when they should be sent. It's perfect for followups and it keeps working even when I'm not online (like overnight). Helps make sure people don't forget about you.

almost a set it and forget it kinda app, really useful if you need good leads and their data accuracy is crazy good

Pros

Most lead generation tools are not very usable but anybiz feels a bit different and actually gets me contacts that make sense for our business. I love how it automates lead finding and runs practically without any errors.

Cons

Pricing gets expensive for smaller teams. Great tool, but you need to have a decent budget to make it worthwhile

overall, the customer service team helped me get started very well. They helped me set up the AI properly, which was very important. The candidate leads are of a much higher quality than other tools I've tried. It's given me the confidence to rely on AI for lead generation.

Pros

Anybiz has saved me a lot of stress by making it easy to find and work with candidates. It's easy to find and connect with top talent due to the advanced search options and powered by AI suggestions. It has also helped us keep the hiring process the same because the system works with our current CRM tools.

Cons

A more expensive subscription is needed for some of the more advanced leadfinding features, which smaller businesses or startups may not be able to pay. It would be better if prices were more flexible, especially for things that are needed.

overall It's improving the productivity and morale of my sales team. They aren't as upset about not having enough leads

Pros

provides the data and insights I need to make informed decisions. I can see which leads are most engaged, which ones are a good fit for our product, and prioritize my outreach accordingly.

Cons

adding more role-based permissions and access controls would be beneficial for larger teams with different levels of responsibility

Pros

We are able to identify other companies that may be interested in collaborating with us or utilizing our products. If I had to pick one thing that makes Anybiz stand out, it would be the strong targeting, automation, and useful data

Sometimes the information about a company's money isn't totally right, so we have to double check it. It would be better if it was always correct
