What I like most about Warmy is the consistent improvement it brings to our email deliverability and reputation. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and incredibly effective at ensuring our domains stay healthy. Our Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been absolutely fantastic — her weekly catch-ups, proactive support, and insightful suggestions have helped us optimise our setup and processes far beyond expectations. Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. The tool is constantly evolving, and any small issues are quickly addressed by Whatsapp.

Overall good. Warming as a concept is an every evolving thing. Rules seem to change constantly and even warming platforms seem to have a hard time keeping up. But of the warming tools we've used. This one has worked best so far. Support is great. The concept of volume sending to warm can be tough as it requires lots of manual support to make sure you don't go over your outlook limit of sends in a day, but still, this method seems to function more effectively than just using a seed list and doing it even more manually.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\]. Our rep is the best part of warmy. She's responsive and caring. Always tries to find the solution to whatever we're running into.

Cons

Occasional issues with the platform itself. We randomly have emails kicked out for no reason (log back in and we're good to go) but still, it can be annoying. Plus gmail doesn't seem to work very well for warming. Not a huge problem for us in particular based on our clientele, but still annoying.

I never went back to any warmup tools after using warmy, for me they are the leaders in the email warmup game

Pros

my favorite warmup provider so far nothing comes close to it , i love how reliable and the informative the platform is and the support is great when we have any issues they respond quickly

Cons

i love everything but a refresh for the dashboard would be great because its actually too white for my taste

we were not getting enough feedback from our customers. We thought they were not happy, but the real issue was they were not even seeing our feedback request emails

Pros

I am liking that our feedback forms and survey emails are now landing in the main inbox. This is giving us more valuable replies to improve our business. The process is fully automatic so nothing to think about after integrating it

Cons

The main website is sometimes getting slow when I am trying to see the old reports from last quarter

We wanted a way to keep our mailbox reputation to be healthy as possible to send out our emails warmy really helped with that.

Pros

i like the clear improvement in our email deliverability. We noticed fewer bounces and more of our messages reaching the intended inboxes than getting lost in spam filters

Cons

nothing important but a dark mode design would be really helpful for night owls like me. the pricing is also not very high to recommed to people

Pros

The customer service is amazing. Our rep \[sensitive content hidden\] is always there when we need her. The service itself works great, there is definitely a difference in deliverability. You can also swap inboxes to warm up easily. I am not a big tech guy and have trouble navigating software. When I have trouble they are eager to help.

Cons

Not many cons, the service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I really do not have any complaints

Warmy saves emails from the spambox which helps all the marketing and proposal emails from going missing.

Pros

By slowly building a good sender image through controlled email volume the warmup process helps keep domains from getting marked as spam. Tools like "email health check" (or similar deliverability testing) gives a good result of if were improving or not

Cons

it takes a while to learn how to set up and send emails, warmy's team guides all the way through the learning process.

Pros

The gradual increase in sending volume is brilliant. It copies normal email behavior which is important for building a positive sender reputation with email providers (it's all about looking legitimate and not spammy).

Cons

More options for customizing the types of emails sent during warmup would be great! (e.g., choosing between simulated newsletters, support requests, personal correspondence)
