I hate using software where you have to learn a whole new set of skills to be able to use. Raven is very user-friendly. Cons The only thing that comes to mind with room for improvement would be the aesthetics of the survey page. Maybe add some backdrops or a few more customization capabilities for the appearance of the survey itself. Other than that, the program is great. Review Source GS George S. It is one of the main reasons I continue to use this service even though there are cheaper options that would meet my needs. Pros I like the ease of use and customization features. The product has a lot of features that I do not use but I am sure would be very helpful for another organization. Cons I like all of the features, however I find that for what I use it for, I could use a cheaper product like Microsoft forms, or the evaluation software built in our class delivery system. I appreciate how easy it was to utilize from the get go, the customer service team who helped us create customizable templates, and the fact that RavenCSI is growing everyday and adding new useful tools as a part of their software. We are very satisfied with Raven. Pros Raven has been a great use to our company in collecting feedback from our customers. The cost is very reasonable, the set up was a breeze, and our questions were answered quickly by the support team. The post-survey data was easily visualized and analyzed through there available charts. You can also export the data and analyze it yourself if needed. Cons We really don't have anything negative to say about using Raven for our data collection. Everything went smoothly as mentioned above. Pros I love that I can provide a link to stakeholders where they can see and filter results in real time. Cons When we first started using RavenCSI the branching logic was not yet up to benchmark standards, but RavenCSI is continually improving every time I login and their customer service is great at communicating and explaining new features and how they apply to my organization. They had quick response and valuable advice on creating new surveys Pros Super easy to create, distribute and follow up on surveys, Comprehensive data analysis and data export ability. Truly real-time responses to survey results is game changing. Cons I wish it had been easier to find. I have used other products that did not solve our overall needs. But the real star is the team itself. The customer service they provide is amazing. The willingness to teach, guide and support is not something you find with every company. Pros Love the flexibility you have to create surveys. The ability to link it to data you already have like organizational structures or other demographic information. You can get a lot of insights from using this functionality. Cons There are some features I want that are not currently available. But the team is super responsive and adding them to their next release. So this Con might really be a Pro with respect to the team itself. It has given my clients a platform to voice their concerns and/or appreciation. I believe this is important as my business relies on referrals. Pros I really enjoyed how I was able to customize the survey based on my business' needs. Then once it came down to client usage, I was sent real time alerts that I could respond to in a timely manner to ensure the best customer/client service. Very easy to use and has helped me build a stronger relationship with my clients. Cons Honestly, I did not have any issues with this software. Reason for choosing RavenCSI The ability to get real time alerts, to customize the survey to my business' needs, I was even assigned a representative to help me get started on creating my customized survey.
