We suffered from this defect for more than a year. We quickly rolled out a fix and user complaints have immediately stopped. And another important thing is that it continuously finds production defects. Very happy with the product. Pros Unlike other tools, this tool lists all transactions and tells us what have succeeded and what have failed. Detailed reporting of bugs with root cause exception. Groups defects into clusters so we know how many times each defect occurred. Cons UI can be improved. Not many integrations.
