Overall, surveyapp is okay. I would say it should change some things regarding the low reimbursement for surveys and the fact that it can be easy to not qualify for many.

Pros

I like surveyapp for the user friendly interface and smiley face based surveys. It makes it fun and engaging. It’s super easy to design surveys which makes people want to use it. Great value for the money and I really enjoy the offline mode.

Cons

What I like least about surveyapp is that there are very low pay rates, time consuming tasks, and it’s easy to get disqualified.

Everything about these surveys are easy not complicated. Customer service is excellent if you need assistance and reward for taking surveys are given quickly. If you enjoy doing surveys but sometimes some frustrate you this is this one for you quick, easy and honest

Pros

How easy it was to navigate through the system and how easy it is to understand the questions. Customer service answers back quickly and you get the reward as promised without jumping through hoops

If I had to find something I didn’t like about it I can’t because everything about my experience was enjoyable.

This was a good product to use when determining which service or way you want to secure surveys from customers.

Pros

This product was easy to use. It was easy to direct customers to the QR code for the survey. Visually the product was appealing and not too overwhelming for everyone.

Cons

There was only a certain number of responses that it would take. When shopping around it appears this was a more expensive option.

My overall experience was great! My employees and people that I used it with said it was very easy to navigate

Pros

Sureveyapp was great for what we used it for. There is a free "trial" of 15 free responses. The customer service emails back quickly with questions.

Cons

I think the pricing is a little expensive, but I did end up going with them because they have a lot to offer.

Cons

Some issues onboarding and customer service can be slow to respond. Clunky chat and email correspondence while trying to resolve issues. Weirdly glitchy at times.

for the most basic plan, we got what we want or the kind of service we want. the survey links are working well but we wish we can get some slight flexibility such us being able to adjust the text color

lately, the surveyapp's has been acting wonky. I'm seeing error codes in the landing page whenever I login.

We found the platform easy to configure and deploy to our iPads. We also had an amazing experience with customer support when we inquired about API capabilities and were responded to once the feature was developed. Fantastic service.

Pros

The user interface both on the web and on the surveying iPads is intuitive. The reporting features are comprehensive and the user experience is slick.

Cons

I haven't had any negative experiences with it. Even when we have something to report to the support team, the response times and quality have been excellent.

We had a good experience, but we also have Hubspot which I think has Survey App embedded so we are utilising through that now. All of our contacts are usually not face to face.

Pros

We found we got a much better response than more detailed surveys. People find it easy and by using a simple smiley face survey and we now get a lot of positive feedback as well as occasional areas for improvement.

Cons

We found the survey app was a bit expensive given how many software solutions we need in our business for compliance. We had to pay extra for online and the app.

Pros

Survey app is really easy to use, easy to set up, and the data is easy to access every quarter in a way that is simple to import into our reports.

Cons

There's nothing we don't like about it. It's absolutely perfect for our needs, which are quite simple - it's great that it doesn't have to be over-complicated.

I used surveyapp for my Masters Thesis research along with another survey app which I used for free. Surveyapp's pro was way cheaper so I opted in for that was not not disappointed because of the QR code scan which lead people to my survey. I was able to walk around the university asking people to scan my QR code to take my survey.

Pros

I LOVE that you are able to make a QR code for your survey which people can scan and complete your survey. It's such a nice feature to have on survey sites as it makes it easy for people to take the surveys. It also offers alerts whenever someone takes your survey via SMS which is super useful if you want to quickly add the survey responses somewhere else

Cons

The free version is kind of limited but it is still cheap to go Pro. Free version has a limited number of responses tracked which is sad for people who can't afford the pro version.

My overall experience with Surveyapp has been good. It provides an intuitive interface that helps me create surveys and gather real-time feedback. Unique is the offline feature, which really helps in collecting responses even without the internet. However, it does have limitations with its free version, and one needs to upgrade to paid versions for deeper customizations and analytics. It's user-friendly, but again, learning those more complex tools does take some time. Great for basic surveying or minor projects, but those that require more advanced capabilities or a highly branded survey might find it a bit thin. Generally, it's a good tool for basic feedback gathering and analytics.
