"Great Customer Service"

**Pros:** Customer support is excellent! Reponses are really fast and effective. Surveys are easy to answer by customers and reports are clear

**Cons:** Some payment and other processes are not that user friendly. Not vlear enough sometimes. But customer support helps make this easier

"Lovely and simple for great impact results"

**Pros:** Super user friendly. Quick and simple to design, exceptional response data, endless options for survey question logic.

**Cons:** Some issues onboarding and customer service can be slow to respond. Clunky chat and email correspondence while trying to resolve issues. Weirdly glitchy at times.
