Brilliant support from developer - responsive, friendly and helpful. Pros Easy to set up, and easy to use for the client. Lots of functionality too and I like the way it integrates with Google Calendar and Zoom. Also like that I can use my company's logo and branding. Cons Found it difficult to change the wording on the reminder e-mail that is sent to the client. The team is very responsive to questions. Pros Probooking is easy to set up and get going. I was up and running within a few minutes. The navigation is clean and well marked. I also love that they have webhooks and integrations with Pabbly. This is really helpful is you want to automate certain aspects of the scheduling process. Automatic time zone detection is another big win as well. Cons Overall its a good platform, but I feel the UI could be greatly improved. The landing pages feel basic and plain. Just adjusting the typography and some design elements could go a long way in making the scheduling forms more attractive and modern. December 30, 2021 5.0 I don’t have to sit there for hours to try and get my business out there and my appointments set. This software really saves a ton of time and aggravation and when something isn’t working right the Probooking team jumps in to help. Pros It’s the ease of use for me and the amazing customer support. This works great and has made it so that I don’t need a website but can just use this for all my services. Cons Everything is great! I really have no negatives because anything that doesn’t work or I’ve had issues with the ProBooking team has jumped in to make better and help. Never had a problem with it and has been reliable. Pros The ease of use and the quality of this service has been great. It's mostly intuitive and gives you the main things you'd want from a scheduling software. Cons No major things. If being nitpicky, as a newer product it still has a way to go with features and updates to the overall look. But there has been consistent work done on the product and value-driven updates. Reason for choosing Probooking After using their service and seeing the work they're putting in, I believe in the team and the product.
