Cons Die Kundenbetreuung finde ich sehr schwach. Nach einer 6-monatigen Probephase, die erfolgreich war, wollten wir mit einer Lizenz LinkedIn Recruiter starten. Allerdings war diese nur im Rahmen einer Unternehmenslösung möglich, sodass auch noch Jobslots als auch Impressions gekauft werden mussten. In der Analyse haben diese allerdings überhaupt keine Ergebnisse hineingebracht, sodass wir diese nicht mit dazu buchen wollten. Leider wurde darauf beharrt, dass es nicht möglich ist, nur mit der LinkedIn Recruiter Lizenz zu arbeiten bei einem Preis. Der Preis lag bei ca. 25 K für ein Jahr. Nachdem wir noch unsere Templates exportiert haben wollten, wurde uns kommuniziert, dass dies nicht mehr möglich ist, weil wir keine zahlenden Kunden mehr sind, obwohl wir die ersten 6 Monate 10.000 EUR gezahlt haben. Go with Indeed instead. Pros I like the "Concept" of the open to work feature however it's just a joke. Cons The open to work feature get's little response. Mostly because people forget it's turned on and they aren't really looking for work. Of the 26 people with open to work I reached out to, only 4 of them responded at all and they all said the same thing, they aren't looking for work. My emails was very professional and our opening was very competitive and attractive. In addition, the system will not keep the search results to only the location you want. Instead it sends you results from the nearby cities so in my case I kept getting candidates from New York which is not close enough to where I am in NJ. No way to refine the results and worse, the automated search emails they send cannot filter by location either so they continually send you candidates you don't want. Review Source RS Rod S. Pros It's the ultimate tool for candidate sourcing—no other platform even comes close. I especially love the filters, InMail feature, and the candidate pipeline alerts. Pros LinkedIn Recruiter is very effective for finding people and contacting them. Its a great way to understand the people in a company and who to contact for various reasons. LinkedIn was very easy to set up and also integrated well with other software. The mobile app has greatly improved as well. Cons I think that they should offer more Inmails as a reasonable rate. Each seat gets 100 inmails per month shared across the whole team, but we would like to easily increase this or even purchase more that if necessary. It's an easy way to find and connect with talent and prospects in North America and abroad. As much as the loading annoys me I wouldn't be able to do my job without it. Pros I like LinkedIn Recruiter because it utilizes a social business platform with a world of connections and allows more insight and ways to search. My favourite features are saving candidates to different projects, having templates for reaching out messages that you can tailor as you go, filtering for searches, and the ability to keep track of any overlap with colleagues reaching out. Cons LinkedIn Recruiter can be slow to update with messages and often the system is down. At least once a week LinkedIn Recruiter will stop loading and say there is some sort of error, and to try again later. This wouldn't bother me if it didn't happen so often, and sometimes I really need to see what my candidate sent me in a timely manner, but I can't if I have to wait out a system update on LinkedIn's side.
