I have used it multiple times while working for a marketing agency and so far it has been the best platform to work with for virtual events.

Pros

I like the fact that it is easy to use and can handle multiple stages at the same time. For whoever works in events it is a very convenient tool to efficiently handle virtual and logistic challenging events.

Cons

It might difficult at first to understand the setup, like every platform, but then it gets very easy to use.

Ultimately, we discovered that their platform cannot withstand the number of attendees our event has which caused an array of issues during the event. Their customer service did not help us fix these issues which led to us finding a new vendor.

Pros

The ease of set event set up was probably the best part of the experience.

Cons

The ability to secure a connection with audience. We had multiple dropped sessions and attendees werent able to get into the event. When we took this concern to customer support they told us there was nothing they could do about this issue.

Price but we ended up switching to bizzabo in the end due to SwapCard technology not being suitable

I think Swapcard is a great platform, easy to set up the events and to create as many fields as required, integrations are straight forward and the look and feel of the app is very professional and user friendly

Pros

It is a really easy to use all in one platform. Delegates really enjoy the platform and how they can connect with others, follow the agenda live and access the virtual content

Cons

One thing that I think it could be improved is for Swapcard access when a device is going to be used from one event to the other you must delete all the data collected from the device in order to be able to log into the other event. I think if you could keep the data on the event would be better.

I would avoid scanning barcodes from devices and rather would prefer taps of phone to exchange details

The ability to plan ahead and keep appointments with clients is key. This just changed the game and made life easy

Cons

There are still a lot of places that are not using swapcard for events, but you can still use the scanner to make the contacts.
