There are a lot of other free-trial products that better suit me considering I'm self employed and am my only employee. It's an amazing product though, it is beneficial if it was cohesive to job recruitment + eLearning all-in-one. Pros I'm in the middle with this program; however, it does establish a more detailed view as to what you might be looking for literally and specifically. It helps collect actual, real live information from different platforms and then lays it out for you in a more orderly fashion. Cons I feel as though it lacks a ton of interface and A.I. IT functionality; if you're looking to integrate-this isn't the product for you.
