My overall experience with Resco Inspections+ has been overwhelmingly positive. It has completely transformed how we handle inspections and audits. Before, we were bogged down with manual paperwork, but now we've streamlined the entire process. The mobile app is reliable and makes collecting photos, notes, signatures, and inspection data in the field incredibly easy. Since implementation, we've seen a tangible boost in productivity, and one of the most quantifiable benefits has been the reduction in time to run an inspection and create a report by about 30%. The customer support team has also been phenomenal, going above and beyond to help us from implementation through to daily use. I would highly recommend Resco Inspections+ to any service management company or team that regularly conducts inspections and is looking to digitize their operations to maintain high, uniform quality standards.

Pros

The absolute standout feature for me is the offline-first architecture. It's incredible to have full functionality without any internet connection. This allows our field teams to conduct complex inspections and generate comprehensive reports even in the most remote locations, like construction sites or oil rigs. The form designer is exceptionally powerful; using the drag-and-drop interface, we've been able to create offline forms that fulfill every customer requirement without needing to write a single line of code. It also seamlessly integrates with our Dynamics 365 system, bringing critical CRM data directly to the field

Cons

The main drawback is that the initial setup and customization can be time-consuming, especially for new users. While the platform is incredibly powerful, harnessing that power requires a significant time investment upfront to configure the forms, business logic, and reports to match your specific workflows. It's not a tool you can just pick up and start using at full capacity immediately.

Pros

Inspections is our primary business so we were looking for a reliable tool that is easy to use by the inspectors and gives us flexibility when configuring the forms. We also appreciate the app is robust, works very well, and Resco's technical support. When we need help setting the product, we get adequate help.

Cons

The tool is very powerful and can be set up or configured in many ways. That means it took us some time to learn how to do it.
