Since implementation, we've seen a tangible boost in productivity, and one of the most quantifiable benefits has been the reduction in time to run an inspection and create a report by about 30%. The customer support team has also been phenomenal, going above and beyond to help us from implementation through to daily use. Cons The tool is very powerful and can be set up or configured in many ways. That means it took us some time to learn how to do it.
