Pros The easy to use platform provides a clear instructions from setup to reporting, which really helps us stay in control of everything. This has saved us a lot of time and energy in everything from data collection to campaign execution. It's also great that every feature like reminder emails is there - so we can be sure that nothing gets missed. Cons When a week is just over a month change, you have to change the month in the calendar, something you easily miss. If you have a report for a week, e.g. February 27 to March 5, only these dates should appear so that you do not accidentally enter anything during March 27 when that month comes up first. We are comprised of 40 plus sister companies that cater to different markets, we are geographically widespread, and our teams are diverse. When we set out to look for a ESG reporting system in a jungle of softwares, PG stood out. We saw that it will handle the scope of our companies in best way possible, and reporting would be relatively simple and effective.14 months fast forward, we are happy to have chosen PG as our ESG platform. We have three different templates today that are specifically designed for our needs. Cons It is not a con but as mentioned earlier, we have a diverse scope of markets we cater to, and our product range is very vast. Material database is extensive in PG but we have experienced that a few materials (emissions) are not present in the system today (for example certain plastics). We are working together to get hold of this data from either our suppliers or experts at PG so that the database has emission for materials that are relevant for our companies. Position Green is a customer centered organization and always put its customers in focus. The knowledge in the company is very good and it is a great fit with our company, both in terms of culture and communication. Pros It is so easy to use and our different reporting manufacturing sites understands directly how to report even without education. The reporting structure is set-up in different "segments" which makes it easy both for the responsible reporter and the assisting team to understand how the reporting progress develops. Cons The software do require a lot of manual data handling after exporting the data. I miss visualizations of relevant data that is included in other software. PG is available to help to develop visualizations which is good but we feel that this is somewhat limited. Review Source MD Margot D. Easy to set-up in our organisation that has multiple subsidiaries, allowing for consolidation on group level. Cons Changing measures from one year to the next is difficult as you have the risk to lose historic data. Pros Be ably to collect vital data about emissions from our transports (vehicles). It is crucial that we have correct information about emission so we know the impact on the environment and can take the right actions.
