Pros

The software replaces the need to self create a method of engaging your people by just handing you the structure and the means to use it. Employee engagement and the culture it creates is what we like most about this software.

Cons

With any new system, there is a learning curve and effort to get buy-in from all participants. The implementation team helps but there is work to be done by the administrators and those that will champion the software. Its worth it though.

Within just 90 days, we could see a difference into our business with M4P. In just 180 days, we could FEEL that difference.

Pros

We like how M4P impacts ALL levels of our organization. Employees felt heard using the realtime feedback feature. Managers are able to track performance across their teams. Executives love the ScoreBoards for discovering where we are struggling and where we are succeeding.

Cons

I'm struggling to come up with a con. I think maybe the fact that the system is SO customizable, it can be a lot to learn as the administrator when you're first getting started. That said, M4P offered us a dedicated implementation and support team which made the whole setup process painless.

Reasons for choosing Etho

Lattice is cool but missing a few features we wanted. 15Five was closer, but the performance and engagement portions of the application are still a bit siloed. M4P had all the features we wanted and each module comes together to aggregate and disaggregate all the data.
