It's cheap and easy to use.Integration with Google Analytics (both GA3 legacy and GA4) is simple and straightforward.It helps to know where our visitors are coming from, the specific section on our site that they visit the most, how long they last in those sectors, and how well or worst they behave with our products.It's beneficial to us as it helps us to make proper adjustments and improvements to our products and services Cons I have no negative impressions about this tool so far. Pros I use monsterInsights with Google Analytics 4 to analyze web pages (for some clients) to better understand how visitors interact with the website.It provides helpful data that enables me to detect sectors on the website that require improvement in terms of SEO and accessibility. I like it because of its:-ease of use- comprehensive tracking capacities- Infinite tracking across mobile devices- rich-data reports and affordability. Cons I have noticed that MonsterInsights fully depends on Google Analytics for most performance. It's a bad practice if you ask me because It's that potential changes in Google Analytics can easily influence MonsterInsight's performance. I like using it because it's easy to set up and easily integrates with Google Analytics It also provides powerful tracking features that allow easy monitoring of various metrics such as traffic sources, visitor behaviors, page views, and some other data. It's easily customizable and occasionally generates reports straight into the WordPress admin dashboard when necessary and provides possibilities to extract relevant data from reporting based on specific metrics like segments, time, and periods. Integration with plugins like Easy Digital Downloads and WooCommerce is flawless as it can be very helpful for tracking such as conversion rates. I would surely recommend it because it provides extra possibilities to analyze and understand website data. My review is mainly based on its most exemplary integration with Google analytics(GA4). 1. Together with Google Analytics, it provides standard reporting for visitors' activities on our websites. 2. It's super simple to set up with helpful guides available for complete beginners. 3. it's used by millions of website owners across the world and offers quality customer support. It also offers extra in-house-made plugins which help with language translation( this is critical for those who face difficulties with language). Cons My pricing falls on the pricing plans- they're a little way high. Let's be realistic, with these pricing options, startups and beginners will find upgrading difficult. I encountered this same problem when I was still a freelancer ( i.e a few before I got hired to work with my current company). With regards to this competitive market, I suggest that owners should review MonsterInsight's pricing options. A tool is useful when it performs tremendous and more excellent when affordable. Try and find a way to contact them and it only via their two forms, one for technical, one for pre-sales. You have a billing or account issue, they don't want to hear from you evidently. No Phone, No email, No link to reach accounting. What is wrong with these people? They do a great job on the software and drop the ball on customer interaction and account issues. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to delight or disappoint. Guess which category I'm in? Pros The dashboard is well designed and easy to navigate, the install and configuration were easy and the install has worked without provlems. Cons The interface with Google is hard, mostly because Google makes it hard I guess. Takes the pain of installation away from Google Analytics 2. Easy to use interface - can be accesses from the WordPress dashboard 3. Easy to install for your WordPress site 4. No coding required even for ecommerce tracking (Google Analytics installation requires multiple line of code to install) 5. Advanced tracking features which anybody can install and measure (no requirement to employ and expert to do that) 6. The reporting features are versatile. Google Analytics is powerful but has a steep learning curve. MonsterInsights has solved this problem for good. Cons Not available for other platforms. Only works with WordPress. It works perfectly with my wordpress website. I have only the Lite version, so I can't access to a lot of features, like my website's speed, search console, forms... Cons On the sources, the emails don't appear, I see social networks, websites that lead to mine, but can't see any figure from my email campaign and I know I had clicks. Maybe it's with the pro version.
