Pros I like that it keeps track of each employees progress and assign each new assignments accordingly quickly and easily. Cons I wish you could require different passing scores per assignment...for example, having to have a 90% or better on fair housing, but just an 80% on other assignments. Pros Vision made our training tracking and content SO simple. Cons When the login URL changed, the login process became a bit more cumbersome. October 25, 2022 5.0 Pros Having been a prior user, when I introduced the idea of using Grace Hill/Vision for my current company, it was an easy sell. The ease of use, the applicability to our industry and the motivational aspects it presented to all levels of employees, made this a no-brainer for our training dollars. Cons The actual implementation was difficult but only because of the "newness" to our company. Traditionally we held live events with trainers as opposed to electronic forms of education, which caused some of our users to be shy or fearful of being tracked and labeled a failure if they didn't perform to expected standards. They are easy to use and set up and ensure the team is all set. Cons Some of the content isn't really educational or relevant. I wish we were able to get more skills and knowledge out of it. I've never finished a course being "wowed" and glad I took the time to learn. It's more of a function to check a box and say it's been compelted.
