It did just that for me. I enjoyed my time with it but I did not end up sticking around after the trial not that it wasn't worth it I just felt that for just a hobby/fun it was a bit pricey. Pros Comic Life best features are the robust options they give you from a variety of speech bubbles, sound effects, fonts, and templates. It makes for a great variety of possibilities that had me fooling around for hours Cons As much as I enjoyed comic life i do wish it was easier to use. Not that it's difficult I just wished there were more tools to help me understand along the way. I got a general understanding but it never hurts to detail more advanced tools.
