Qbox has been a solution that I looked for over a couple of years. As I use QBD, I needed a solution that would keep my file safe and that would allow me to share with my bookkeeper.

Pros

The value for the money and the reliability of the cloud storage are high for us. Furthermore, the support team is genuinely the best—they are always responsive, helpful, and make the entire process smooth.

Cons

I honestly don’t have anything come to mind that I don’t really like about the service. It has functioned perfectly for my needs since I started using it, and I haven't encountered any issues worth mentioning.

Overall it have been a great value for the money, easy use, and always backs up files as needed. Anytime I have technical difficulties, they are met with care and concern and resolved efficiently.

Pros

It is a very user friendly program and anytime I have any technical difficulties the staff is always friendly and can resolve the problem quickly.

Cons

We utilize QBox multiuser and anytime there is some sort of maintenance overnight or on a weekend on the Qbox side it messes up our program and connections.

Fantastic. Easy to use, reliable, great for file sharing. The product keeps multiple users from writing over each other.

Pros

The ease of which I can sync my daily work to the cloud. It makes it very easy to share files along with backing up my files when I travel. Great value and customer service has been great.

Cons

Wish I new about it sooner. It should be available through Quickbook sites. Additional advertising would help get the word out.

Qbox has made it easy to access my QB. I can see if another user has an entity open. I like that it locks my QB.

Pros

The ease of opening QB from one location. I can see if another used is in any entity in QB. It makes it easy

Cons

That Qbox only allows me to open two entities at one time I sometimes need to apply a transaction in more than one entity

Support is awesome! Truly we do not deal with another application that has this level of support. We have seen some great products that we didn't use because of the lack of support. Qbox is great!

Pros

We have been using Qbox for many years. It is THE solution when you have QuickBooks Desktop clients.

Cons

There is a separate charge for a folder if you use attachments. Most of our clients do not so it's not a big problem. Training clients to allow Qbox to sync BEFORE closing their laptop.

I have had a very positive experience, both with installing and maintaining Qbox. I have needed support but found it solved issues

Pros

Their support is top rate. I have used chat and phone support multiple times and the associates are quick and knowledgeable.

Cons

The tool is not always intuitive, which is why I have the need for support. Things like adding sub-folders are a bit tricky.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE, DURING SEVERAL SITUATIONS! #1. THEY ANSWER EMAILS QUICKLY #2. THEY ANSWER PHONE CALLS ON THE 1ST DIAL. THERE IS NO WAITING THEY CAPTURE YOUR SCREEN AND FIX ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT QBOX! ESPECIALLY THE QUICK RESPONSES FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPT. EVERY EMAIL OR PHONE CALL I HAVE MADE FOR ASSISTANCE THEY ARE RIGHT THERE TO ASSIST ME! EVEN WHEN I THOUGHT ALL WAS LOST DUE TO A ELECTRICAL OUTAGE, THEY GOT IT RIGHT BACK FOR ME! NOW THAT IS GREAT SERVICE! THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SUPPORT!

THAT ONLY ONE PERSON CAN BE ON AT A TIME WITH IT LOCKED. THE BUSINESS OWNER NEEDS TO BE SENT AN EMAIL WHEN AN EMPLOYEE OR ANYONE ELSE LOGS ON. SO THEY CAN KNOW AND BE INFORMED OF WHAT THEY DID AND HOW LONG THEY WERE ON. JUST INCASE THEY ARE WORKING REMOTE.

Very Good Have been using it for several years with different accountants and it runs very smoothly

Pros

I had a problem with quickbooks link and they support helped me solve it when Intuit was not helping.

Cons

The file saving seems a bit difficult. I would like to not see old files from several years ago that are not used but would like them to remain somewhere so I could get into them if I ever needed them.

Had a positive experience overall. The only reason for closing our account was that we made the switch to Quickbooks Online

Qbox was great for sharing company files across multiple computers. Never had any issues. Customer support was great when closing the account and I had a question.

Once installed it works seamlessly without effort. I have worked with QBox for multiple years now and not had any issues. It was a game changer for our team!

Pros

I really appreciate the ease of use and the functionality for the money. Additionally, the one time I needed customer support they were very quick to respond!

Cons

Truly at this time cannot think of anything. It was a while ago now but it took a little bit for set-up and learning curve.
