If a customer is unhappy we are notified so we can reach out to remedy the problem. Cons If a technician does not have a profile created on Pulse M, it still sends out a generic message. Pros It keeps our reviews all in one place and keeps us aware of all of our day-to-day reviews from our customers. Cons The scoring a leaderboard, we really don't use it because it is confusing and a bit complicated. Our reviews go through them and so do our technician bios. It is so easy and fast to communicate with customers. Pros I love that you can message multiple customers at the same time with ease. September 27, 2021 5.0 We are a smaller company among the big players in our industry, but using PulseM has helped us get to over 500 reviews very quickly and have a 5-star rating, making us look like an excellent choice in our area. Pros We can always make assumptions about how our customers feel, but this is an easy way for them to tell us exactly what's on their minds. Cons It was a struggle to get some of our folks to use PulseM but I wouldn't blame you guys for that.
