It is a simple excel table. If you want to use it for an online shop, this table will get longer and wider every day. At some point you will have hundreds columns with various attributes. It will be quite hard to manage data. Especially without good filter function. Pros Easy accessible, because it is just an excel table Cons Very bad filter/search function. You cannot display only some attributes/columns, they are always shown all together, which creates unclear view. All your data can be visible in one Excel sheet, which is more time-efficient than switching between various pages and tabs in your shop system.
