### "Pallyy gets better and better."

I've loved working with Pallyy for scheduling and managing social media for my company. The design is clear, intuitive, and visually simple which makes navigation effortless. Customer service is top notch. The company is constantly adding new or improved functionality and really listens to customer feedback.

Pros

As a small startup, I love that Pallyy does everything the "bigger guys" do, but at a reasonable price. The interface is very user-friendly, intuitive, and pleasing to the eye in an uncluttered and clear design. Scheduling and posting to multiple platforms is effortless. On the few occasions when one of the platforms failed to post, we were immediately notified of the issue and then re-notified when the platform issue was resolved. Then it was a simple one-step fix to repost. During my onboarding I had an issue with Meta that was unrelated to Pallyy but causing me issues with using the platform. I met with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he ended up giving me a clue that unlocked the issue that was within Meta. He was so helpful and supportive.

Cons

When I started using Pallyy about a year ago, there were some functions that were missing, but in the last year, everything has been updated to function as well as their competitors.

### "So glad I found Pallyy"

Very grateful for having found Pallyy!! I was very green when it came to social media management a few years ago, I did a lot of research and trialed a few different scheduling tools. Pallyy was the one I decided to use and I haven't looked back. It has helped me grow my side hustle into a full time biz managing multiple on-going clients.

Pros

It's easy to use, my clients can easily check the content and approve or leave comments plus when I need help, I get a response very quickly!

Cons

Don't really have a con at this stage. It does everything I need it to do, as my business has grown, I feel Pallyy has come along for the ride with me. I haven't had to look for another scheduling platform, which is so good.

Working with the program is great. Easy to use, but their previews could use some upgrades. I have an issue with LinkedIn posts that I know is not my fault (the problem doesn't exist when posting with Loomly) and Pallyy won't help correct it because they just want to blame me.

Pros

Easy to use and it's easy to set up and schedule posts.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike more than a support person who blames you for a problem with their solution. I had this very experience with Pally, and I will not be renewing my annual subscription when it expires in a month.

Overall, I can't recommend this enough, and I often recommend it to friends looking for a social media scheduler. It's so easy to use and easy to contact support with fast response times. It's so easy to get things scheduled and copy across social media sets. I like how easy it is to customize a post across platforms while using the same graphics as well.

Pros

Easy to use, great for post scheduling, and affordable. As someone who doesn't have a large business and who has tried many different schedulers, Pallyy is the easiest and most affordable to use, with excellent customer service and tech support.

Cons

I can't say I have any real complaints; it's been an excellent app since I started using it, and when I've run into snags, they've been quick to respond and update me while they resolve the issue.

Very user-friendly! Very responsive support team. This platform has great pricing. love the shareable client features.

I did not find much that I didn't like about this platform. It usually always did what me and my team needed.

10/10! I cannot say enough how life-changing it has been to schedule things out and not have to stress about posting every day, especially with a higher volume social media (I post at least 6x per day on Facebook😅).

Pros

User-friendly & fool-proof. It keeps me organized and scheduled out on multiple platforms for literally months at a time. Overall GREAT value! Affordable, easy to use, and great communication! Help is always available.

Cons

Like any third-party scheduling apps, there are some things that are not as easily accommodated, i.e. a good way for uploading and scheduling youtube shorts, choosing audio on platforms outside of IG, and I've yet to figure out an effective way to use it for Pinterest.

It's user friendly, for both agency and clients. It's easy to use whilst in-depth enough to do everything you want it to do. \[sensitive content hidden\] is hands on with updates, listening to what the audience need and updating pallyy frequently to make the experience better and better.

Pros

I've worked in social media for over 10 years, Pallyy is by far the most efficient and effective social media scheduling platform I've used! And it's safe to say I've used a LOT

Cons

Honestly, no cons! I'm such an advocate for pallyy, as someone who works in marketing agencies, I keep pushing more and more clients to use pallyy

Pros

We used Pallyy for my social media management to have a one and done approach across all platforms. It enabled my team to schedule posts across the month efficiently and inexpensively, and it was a fantastic resource. Even if I was on long travel, there was an ability to be collaborative and keep things going. I highly recommend it, as I had transferred from a rather expensive premium service of social media management for designers, and this was a financial breath of relief. I'm not currently using due to being in the process of moving back to California from the East Coast, but will renew once I'm settled.

Cons

The learning curve for me, lets just say well past 30 (wink) took me a minute, but that is really not a complaint about the product.

Absolutely love it, will be a long-time customer for all of my clients and will recommend it to friends in the industry.

Pros

I love the ease of use, the layout and the way it can be collaborative between team members who are remote. The grid layout is an amazing feature which you don't get with a lot of the bigger (more expensive!) platforms. I also absolutely love the pricepoint, when you manage multiple social media channels for different brands, it can get very expensive but with Pallyy you can upgrade to 1 social set per brand which is amazing.

Cons

I've had a couple of small issues with linking to Social Media accounts but nothing that hasn't been sorted immediately by customer support within the hour!

Great! I would recommend it as it is easy to use and this is coming from someone that uses it every day. Once they get on top of some small software and connection issues it will be even better.

Pros

Easy to use and access, it's a great platform. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is super responsive with any issues and quick to assist!

Cons

Some malfunctions, due to being a newer software. Sometimes access is blocked or won't load, issues with publishing and error messaging restricting things from running as smoothly as possible.

Great tool that can almost do it all. Support is quite fast and helpful.

Pros

It has everything I kind of need in a tool, find content, repost easily, auto post. It makes everything easier and love to use it after having used most of tools out there.

Cons

It's a little expensive if you manage several accounts on one platform, I wish they have a pricing per platform and not per profiles.

It saved me a lot of my time since I start using Pallyy. Before I add remidners to post to soc.media every another day. Now I open Pallyy once a week, and within hour I schedule my entire week or more, so I can do my work for clients without need to think about posting.

Pros

It has super intuitive scheduling tools and good calendar view with filters to give you an overview of scheduled posts. I also like the options to save used hashtags, times to post and to copy post texts from one media to another. The best of all is the support - he responds almost immediately.

Cons

I miss some options for setting/changing billing informations for account (you need to write to support).

we are basically a 2 man show and the more time I spend on social media the less time I'm in the shop on production. I do see myself saving about 8 hours a week which is huge. Thank you

There are so many features to love I don't where to start. I will tell you that you had me hooked after I stumbled onto the face bio AI. After using that free tool I knew that the rest was going to be great. This is my 3rd Social media management platform I have tried and it will be the last. You have a customer for as long as there is social media. The Ai post writer is my favorite, the was it writes the post to fit the channel its writing for is great. I haven't had the chance to try some of the features but I know I wont be going any place else.

Cons

I will say one of the things that is very irritating is if you are in the middle of writing a post and need to stop and add a video or picture there is no way to save it as a draft or it's not clearly marked. Also, I could not figure out how to not post to one of the platforms there were a couple times I had no video for tiktok and I had to start over another frustrating moment

Lovely company to work with.

Pros

I like the fact that it's affordable, and publishes to multiple platforms. These connections seem to be improving all the time (such as auto-publishing to Reels instead of a Push notification).

Cons

I'm still struggling with GMB videos, and I may not use Reels until we can put stickers and words in, as they're so important to our audience.
