August 5, 2026 5.0 I've loved working with Pallyy for scheduling and managing social media for my company. The design is clear, intuitive, and visually simple which makes navigation effortless. Customer service is top notch. The company is constantly adding new or improved functionality and really listens to customer feedback. Pros As a small startup, I love that Pallyy does everything the "bigger guys" do, but at a reasonable price. The interface is very user-friendly, intuitive, and pleasing to the eye in an uncluttered and clear design. Scheduling and posting to multiple platforms is effortless. On the few occasions when one of the platforms failed to post, we were immediately notified of the issue and then re-notified when the platform issue was resolved. Then it was a simple one-step fix to repost. During my onboarding I had an issue with Meta that was unrelated to Pallyy but causing me issues with using the platform. I met with \[sensitive content hidden\] and he ended up giving me a clue that unlocked the issue that was within Meta. He was so helpful and supportive. Cons When I started using Pallyy about a year ago, there were some functions that were missing, but in the last year, everything has been updated to function as well as their competitors. I was very green when it came to social media management a few years ago, I did a lot of research and trialed a few different scheduling tools. Pallyy was the one I decided to use and I haven't looked back. It has helped me grow my side hustle into a full time biz managing multiple on-going clients. Pros It's easy to use, my clients can easily check the content and approve or leave comments plus when I need help, I get a response very quickly! Cons Don't really have a con at this stage. It does everything I need it to do, as my business has grown, I feel Pallyy has come along for the ride with me. I haven't had to look for another scheduling platform, which is so good. Easy to use, but their previews could use some upgrades. I have an issue with LinkedIn posts that I know is not my fault (the problem doesn't exist when posting with Loomly) and Pallyy won't help correct it because they just want to blame me. Pros Easy to use and it's easy to set up and schedule posts. Cons There's nothing I dislike more than a support person who blames you for a problem with their solution. As someone who doesn't have a large business and who has tried many different schedulers, Pallyy is the easiest and most affordable to use, with excellent customer service and tech support. It would be great if you could add music to Instagram posts at some point. Or to add PDFs for carousels in LinkedIn. I post a lot of links back to my blog. That little checkbox forces the destination to use the default image from my blog post, which is exactly what I want. Cons You can't really schedule stories, it is just a reminder, even in the premium plan.Sometimes the publishing fails for unknown reasons.Tagging is not working very smoothly and we have to come back to it in the actual post.Sometimes the uploaded media doesn't load so you can't see the preview.
