Overall, SuperOps has been a solid addition to our IT management tools. It’s a good platform that’s clearly evolving with customer needs . There’s still room to grow, but the regular updates are promising.

Pros

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, with a modern UI and helpful automation features. The integration with RMM and PSA tools makes workflows more streamlined. Their customer support is responsive and open to feedback.

Cons

Few teething issues - generally no issues and works well. It makes it easier for me to manage all aspects relating to our clients.

Pros

I really liked the user-friendly interface and how efficiently it manages IT workflows. The automation features saved me a lot of time.

Cons

Patching needs some work. Example for linux platforms no patch updates & report available for server & workstation. Add a more appropriate SLA on ticketing rather than the timer when filling out a ticket.

Overall it has been amazing, it has saved us a ton of time over time! Their support is rapid at responding and they are super friendly which makes the experience of using SuperOps really good!

Pros

All in one solution that works amazing saving us hours of IT time streamling our processes and their support team is amazing.

Cons

Few teething issues when first starting off as there is so much to it and there is many aspects to learn as well as no but real checklist feature for a while the new version of runbooks is great.

I'm really enjoying the product, we're still at the beginning so I still have to get to know it well but so far I'm really enjoying it. We asked for information regarding Italian invoicing via xml and they told us that they would implement it in the next few months so this is super convenient for us.

Pros

It's a great product with lots of cool features. The support is super fast and efficient. For now, since we are still at the beginning, I find it very useful and fast.

Cons

There are several BUGS but every time I write to support they answer me in a very short time and solve the problem. Perhaps the only con is that I don't find it very intuitive to use.

I have a generally positive experience with SuperOps, I still continue to appreciate the usefulness of the asset management side of things as it does help very often to help us troubleshoot things as it can even manage computer programs remotely without us even needing to remote on in the first place. It also helps greatly with finding devices as usually labels can peel off and our clients cannot find their device name.

Pros

I absolutely appreciate how customisable everything continues to be, and how often the service does improve either with built-in AI tools or just general UI updates which do improve the user experience.

Cons

I have issues with the slowness of it unfortunately, either it's me used to fast and snappy interfaces or the UI has issues with user interaction feedback I think the mobile app could be improved as I notice it's too different to the computer version which makes navigating it and finding individual tickets sometimes a challenge, especially when searching through schools.

I have had a really good overall experience with SuperOps. Work would be much more challenging without it. Even for those who are unfamiliar with it, the platform's user-friendly interface makes it simple to use and comprehend, and it has been carefully built to streamline everyday chores. Particularly useful features that save time, cut down on errors, and keep things organised include ticketing, automated workflows, and integrated documentation. I can easily stay on top of things and provide support more effectively thanks to SuperOps.

Pros

My daily tasks would be much more difficult without SuperOps. Many mundane tasks are streamlined by the platform's well-considered and effective design, greatly simplifying life. Everything is set up in an easy-to-understand manner, from managing tickets and workflows to navigating the dashboard. Even for people who may be unfamiliar with the system, it is simple to use and comprehend. All things considered, SuperOps increases output and supports an orderly, efficient workflow.

Cons

Even though SuperOps occasionally has some hiccups, they are uncommon and usually fixed right away. Generally speaking, the platform functions flawlessly and offers a dependable, effective experience. All things considered, it's a fantastic application that greatly enhances workflow and productivity because of its strong features and user-friendly layout, which make managing daily duties much simpler.

Overall their UI and workspace is decent, support is incredibly responsive. Though, the interface can be quite busy.

Pros

Very easy to use, and handles emails well as well as having proper integration with M365 applications.

Cons

Mileage may vary, but SuperOps can be noticeably lacking in a few features here and there, though, they have a nice roadmap for what features will be coming next.

Overall it has not been a bad experience, I moved from Atera to SuperOps and it has definitely been a better experience than it was with Atera. Also Atera is an Israel company and I consider that to be a considerable risk at the moment given Mossad are known to spy through any and all means, I just can't expose my customers to that risk.

Pros

It's pretty good on the desktop, mostly functions although there are always little quirks like emails not formatted properly and such that do annoy me.

Cons

The phone app is really poor. It doesn't format emails properly on iOS, and never really seems to progress or improve.

Outstanding - a genuine business changer. Was with Continuum until the Connectwise takeover, and i am paying approximately 1/8 of the cost for EXACTLY the same level of product, yet it is 10 times better.

Pros

Love the tabbed interface, the live support, the onboarding, the pricing, the video help on each page

Cons

The policy logic takes a small amount of getting used to - that is the only thing so far!

been very happy with the product, well worth the price paid for admission...

Pros

We have been using SuperOps for close to a year now, from an operations standpoint the best feature is the QuickBooks Integration, our monthly billing went from about three days to one. On the Client side, our clients love the ability to open a ticket directly on their desktop. In addition, we are much more efficient in keeping track of and completing client request. All this for less than $200.00 a technician, which includes 150 device agents. Tech support is a click away, and they take your suggestions for improvement seriously, as we have already seen two suggestions implemented into their production version.

Cons

we have experienced a few outages over the last 10 months, but nothing earth shattering, more of an inconvenience.

Awesome experience overall. It's helping us reach new heights that we could not have achieved. I trust SuperOps team will lead the plateform to great things and will listen to their users closely.

Pros

Support / Intuitive UI/UX / Ease of use / Scalability / Speed of development (new features and features improvements)

Cons

Lack of flexibility in superops packages. To be able to fully utilize the platform (Billing/Quoting/Doc/Projects/etc) we NEED to be able to have a lower tier package for admin employees / contractors that work on projects. At the moment, there isn't and we can't mix and match packages. (every users must be on the same plan) It forces us to use other tools that aren't fully integrated to superops to be able to work. We can't justify 159USD/month for admin employees or contractors that need extremely minimal use of the platform (timesheet at least/ project / billing / quoting/ etc) It is cruelly missing the kind of flexibility for us to scale better using superops. It also lacks scalability in the automation (triggers) and scripting. We can't classify and organize everything cleanly. Its only based of automation/script name. Its such a pain to manage at scale !

The onboarding from NABLE was pretty painless. Once I had it installed and configured it has been running by itself. I can create tickets out in the field, access clients computers remotely from my phone. So I can pretty much work anywhere.

Pros

The ability to work from anywhere. Laptop, Desktop, Phone, tablet. The ease of use of the product. And the price..

Cons

Not being able to create a new customer from the mobile app, which is where I do alot of my work from in the field.

Overall, it's a really good system, and I have no complaints, just recommend adding some more integration with other software, besides Bitdefender and the screen-sharing software. I would love to see more budget-friendly options for anti-viruses.

Pros

Updating all my devices and monitoring them from one screen was extremely helpful and easy to use.

Cons

The least thing I liked was how complicated and hard it is to find specific tabs.

With the introduction of the new contracts and timesheets modules, I can now make informed decisions regarding my clients and technician scheduling. The support team at SuperOps is incredibly helpful; their tech support is top-notch, and our account manager maintains regular contact, ensuring we have everything we need.

Pros

Consolidating everything into a single pane of glass. My technicians have all the necessary tools and information readily available.

Cons

The product has only improved with time. Although there were some outages initially, the current uptime and reliability are exceptional.

Overall, i am a software developer who is expanding into the MSP space. So, after 30 years of building software, i can say i am impressed with what SuperOps does. It is a wonderful product.

Pros

Very happy with the user interface, and the specifically, the tab design. Also, the integretaions with Pax8 and QB are very well done. By far, i was most impressed with the support we received.

Cons

Obviously, there is alot going on here, I am still learning 4 months in. I probably should have take advantage of the onboarding tool, but i am a figure it out myself dude.

Very positive, I can easily administer and manage our computer network, the tool is fast and the remote connection also helps in times of urgency even when I'm in Brazil.

Pros

The ease of use of the tool, features such as machine and ticket administration. I see that they are always updating the tool and making important improvements.

Cons

A few integrations that are already basic today, such as Slack.

Platform is very nice upgrade from Atera. Support is super nice and can help you out with everything.

Pros

The modern look and feel. Big time upgrade from the very pale and boring Atera platform

Cons

Mobile features are not all there. Wish they would have more features like better search functionality and the ability to do remote sessions directly from the app.

My overall experience with SuperOps.ai has been very positive. The platform is clean and easy to use. What really sets SuperOps apart, though, is the team behind it. Their support staff are responsive, helpful, and genuinely listen to feedback. It’s clear they care about their users and are actively working to improve the product based on real-world input. That level of engagement is refreshing and makes a big difference in day-to-day operations.

Pros

We've been using SuperOps, and one of the standout features for me is the simplicity of the remote tools. The remote terminal and remote desktop access are straightforward, reliable, and easy to use, making day-to-day support much smoother. There's no unnecessary complexity, which is exactly what you want when trying to resolve issues quickly. Overall, it's a solid platform that helps us get the job done efficiently.

Cons

Not really a con, but I would like to see the asset management develop. Having the ability to see all of our users' assets in one place,e where we can track who has what

Awesome! I am part of an IT team using it and our support and interaction with team members has still been great. I know that SuperOps targets MSPs hard, but they are doing a wonderful job of keeping necessary parity IT teams on features and support.

Pros

SuperOps is easy to use. The UI is clean, friendly, and makes more sense than most. I love that RMM and PSA are tied into the same UI. No separate windows or browser tabs, everything is contained in a single window and everything talks to each other. And let's talk about their support. Support has been responsive and incredibly helpful. They have graciously assisted with everything thrown at them in quick time.

Cons

SuperOps is still a growing company. While it excels in some areas, it's still a bit immature in others. 3rd party software updates are still all or nothing as it just pulls from winget. Deploying scripts is still hard to organize successes and failures. If something fails, retriggering it is easy, but tracking when things are actually completed, it could benefit from a job like feature to organize script deployments.

From initial conversations to onboarding was amazing. AM was great and support is fantastic. Any problems, can raise a query via the live chat and go from there. Since moving over, has been great.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate. Is fast and efficient. Support is fantastic. Branded with our logos & colours. Great pricing.

Cons

Since our onboarding we have not seen any cons in our day to day use of the product. Just works as described.
