My Overall experience with SuperOps has been extremely positive and I'm very please that I'm able to use a platform that grows with me and allows me to better myself in multiple ways as I learn features and adapt.

Pros

The thing I like most about SuperOps is the versatility of the platform and the ability to modify it to work around my work style as well as to work for me. The support and constant new features of SuperOps help me find new ways to better my own ways and methods of working.

Cons

The things I like least about SuperOps are the times, I find that they sometimes get in the way more than they are helpful. I understand why they are extremely useful for businesses, But I switch between tickets very fast and sometimes the timers don't always help with that and at the end of the day I end up with nearly 50 times of which I probably will only use 7-15.

We made the switch because Halo wasn't meeting our requirements the platform was not as versatile and flexible as we needed it to be which lead us to use multiple different provides and platforms for other aspects of our business where as SuperOps pulls us all into one platform.

Great. Switched from Syncro MSP and have been loving it so far. Very intuitive and features get added very often which keeps the platform improving and evolving.

Pros

User-Friendly and quick response from the support team whenever we run into any issues or have any questions about setting up a report or using the platform.

Cons

Some of the new stuff implement might not work great at first, but as I mentioned before, support is usually pretty quick to get back to us.

It has been great, we have been working with SuperOps.ai for over 2 years, and it has been amazing and really straightforward. When you send them a feature request, they implement it as soon as they can to make our lives easier.

Pros

Their fast support and that it is easy for customers to navigate

Cons

I'd say they could improve the quotes and invoices features so it is easy for the end user to approve and get the detailed information about an invoice

I use SuperOps on a daily basis. I use it for tickets, I use it for checking on the machines I support and making sure everything is up-to-date with upadates.

Pros

The ease of use and how, when you need support, they are there to help in a timely manner.

Cons

What do I like leaset about SuperOps.ai, I really can't think of anything I don't like.

Excellent. Could not be happier with the entire onboaridn process to ongoing support. The product is always evolving and making life for us easier.

Pros

The service provided by the SuperOps team. They respond to queries very promptly and go over and beyond to address any issues raised.

Cons

The number of reports within SuperOps. Maybe this is something that is available but I still need to find them.

The combination of PSA and RMM tools in one place really streamlines daily operations. The support team is responsive, and they’re actively rolling out updates based on user feedback. It feels like a platform that’s growing in the right direction.

Pros

It doesn’t feel cluttered or overly complex, which makes it really easy to jump in and start managing tickets or projects without a steep learning curve.

Cons

Some integrations with third-party tools are still limited compared to more established competitors

The integrated PSA and RMM functionality in SuperOps.ai was a big draw. Syncro had separate tools for PSA and RMM, and though they worked fine, it felt a bit like juggling two different platforms. SuperOps.ai's all-in-one approach has streamlined our workflow a lot, saving us time and minimizing the need for multiple logins or data transfers between systems.

Very good. Super easy to use and allows me to work efficiently. I could not imagine how my work would be without it.

Pros

A lot of customization to allow you to work efficiently. My favourite is the Kanban view.

Cons

The AI integration. I rather not have the AI button keep popping up. It gets in the way and distracts me. I would love it if I can disable it altogether.

Very good. Any issues we've encountered in terms of needed functionality have been resolved rapidly. Additional functionality has been added when needed.

Pros

Full featured. Does pretty much everything you need. Staff are highly responsive, too.

Cons

Web-based interface speeds weren't great at one point but that's been fixed. Wish AI was more agentic but that will come in time.

It is a better experience than previous tools from big players, the price is competitive which helps and the team is still building up on the platform and listens to feedback. I would like them to spend more time on QA and getting the feedback forum items pushed first so the platform can gain more ground.

Pros

UI is very easy to use, onboarding is pretty seamless and configuration is easier than other big platforms.

Cons

Some features are not fully implemented or lack certain deeper elements. There is sometimes a lack of consistency from the new implementations vs old. I would like to see better report sharing/live dashboards for multiple clients under one dashboard. As well as better automation flows and labeling. The PSA Could also benefit from some further enhancements. As well as documentation areas to store tables/matrixes etc.

This is the first RMM software and i used and I can not imagine using a better software than this, I also love dark mode which I use daily.

Pros

Very organized and easy to find the thing I need. It is organized by technician tabs so we can see who is working on the tickets more easily. The assets management is essential for our business as it neatly shown who is using it and we can run commands while not being in their computer

Cons

I wish there was a dedicated app. The web based app is sometimes slow and have to refresh a lot. I would also love real time update instead of constant refreshes.

SuperOps.ai has been a strong addition to our IT management toolkit. It delivers a clean, modern interface with most of the core features we need to manage clients efficiently. The platform is easy to learn and use, which has helped us onboard our team quickly. While there are still areas that need refinement—like deeper reporting, more integrations, and some polish on specific features—the pace of development and responsiveness of the support team give us confidence in its long-term value. It’s clear that the product is actively improving and being shaped by real user feedback.

Pros

SuperOps.ai has one of the cleanest and easiest-to-navigate UIs I’ve seen in an RMM/PSA platform, Pages load quickly, and actions are processed smoothly with minimal lag.

Cons

While the core functionality works well, certain areas like reporting or advanced alerting could use more depth and flexibility. Also no M365 integration to manage M365 admin like a lot of other RMM's

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disaster, and their support team is absolutely useless. Constant downtime, unreliable service, and when you actually need help, they ignore your requests or give you generic, unhelpful responses. We repeatedly asked for access to a backup of our critical data, and they failed to provide it. Every time their system went down (which happened way too often), our entire business was paralyzed with no way to retrieve important information. Instead of actually helping, they just gave us excuses. The lack of professionalism and responsibility is shocking. If you value your business, your data, and your sanity, do not waste your time or money on this service. They are irresponsible, their support is useless, and their service is a joke. We ultimately had no choice but to leave, and I will make sure to warn others on every platform possible. Stay away at all costs!

Pros

Absolutely nothing at all, it's just a toy company full of kids who know nothing about real business and how their bad decisions affect business.

Cons

Unstable and lack of features, really bad support, completely useless service
