Pros Oltre ad ottemperare le diposizioni dell'art.40 del Codice dei Contratti pubblici D.Lgs. 50/2016 ha permesso alla Mostra d'Oltremare una perfetta gestione degli elenchi fornitori e professionisti e un ottimale gestione di tutte le procedure telematiche. Con l'integrazione del modulo Smartcig e la gestione del portale trasparenza rappresenta oggi uno strumento perfetto per ottemperare a tutti gli obblighi di legge e al quadro normativo in ambito anticorruzione e Trasparenza. L'interfaccia e la sua usabilità, poi a permesso, anche agli operatori aziendali meno pratici con l'informatica di caricare e gestire le gare. Cons Sono poche le funzionalità non apprezzate. Si rileva qualche intoppo in ambito Albo fornitori , relativamente alle procedure di iscrizione all'albo (lato front- end degli operatori economici) e alla gestione /personalizzazione delle categorie merceologiche.
