Online Procurement is the SaaS suite dedicated to managing the enterprise procurement process. L'esperienza è buona. Si tratta di uno strumento valido che consente di svolgere bene le attività richieste.

Pros

La piattaforma è semplice da utilizzare, intuitiva ed immediata. Le varie funzionalità sono facilmente accessibili e consento di semplificare e rendere più efficace il lavoro da svolgere.

Cons

Gli operatori economici segnalano che la fase di registrazione, lato operatore economico, è piuttosto complessa. Sarebbe utile, per la stazione appaltante, avere la possibilità di vedere l'interfaccia utente in modo da rendere più agevoli le operazioni degli operatori economici.

il software permette di avere tutti i fornitori all'interno della stessa area, facilitando le procedure di selezione. Successivamente da modo di scambiarsi bozze di contratto lasciando traccia di tutte le attività

il software è intuitivo e di facile consultazione, sia per l'utente che per i clienti che effettuano l'iscrizione

Cons

le strategie per autorizzare un fornitore ad iscriversi nell'albo fornitori sono un pò rigide e complicate, potrebbero essere migliorate

Fermo restando il grande vantaggio di avere l' assistenza di un software dedicato e personalizzato a sostegno e supporto di tutto l'universo legato alle gare e agli albi, con particolare riferimento al mio incarico di RPCT aziendale e a quello degli organi di controllo, ha migliorato la possibilità di monitoraggio e controllo delle gare e risolto tutta una serie di attività come ad esempio la gestione XML di cui all'Art.1 Comma 32 Legge 190/2012 e in generale alla sincronizzazione tra Portale della Trasparenza e Piattaforma gare telematiche.

Pros

Oltre ad ottemperare le diposizioni dell'art.40 del Codice dei Contratti pubblici D.Lgs. 50/2016 ha permesso alla Mostra d'Oltremare una perfetta gestione degli elenchi fornitori e professionisti e un ottimale gestione di tutte le procedure telematiche. Con l'integrazione del modulo Smartcig e la gestione del portale trasparenza rappresenta oggi uno strumento perfetto per ottemperare a tutti gli obblighi di legge e al quadro normativo in ambito anticorruzione e Trasparenza. L'interfaccia e la sua usabilità, poi a permesso, anche agli operatori aziendali meno pratici con l'informatica di caricare e gestire le gare.

Cons

Sono poche le funzionalità non apprezzate. Si rileva qualche intoppo in ambito Albo fornitori , relativamente alle procedure di iscrizione all'albo (lato front- end degli operatori economici) e alla gestione /personalizzazione delle categorie merceologiche.

Premesso che Mostra d'oltremare è una società partecipata del Comune di Napoli - Regione Campania - Camera di Commercio di Napoli- Città Metropolitana di Napoli, ha preferito DigitalPA per: 1)l'ottimo compromesso tra qualità/costi ; 2) l'usabilità molto friendly; 3)perché già utilizzato da altre Società partecipate del Comune di Napoli e dallo stesso Comune (anno 2017);
