So far one of the best website companies I have work with in my 16 years in this field.

Pros

This fantastic software is great if you require customisation, personalization and custom functionality, they have a competent and energetic team always ready to face new and complicated challenges.

Cons

They still have to implement options on the search and make it a bit more user friendly.

Pros

We use this for our customers to order directly from us. We have recently surveyed our customers and they have given us great feedback including it's ease of use and functionality. We have also recently made several requests for new features from the support team who have been highly responsive and have given us excellent support. I highly recommend this tool.

Cons

We've recently added extra features including delivery updates.

Very happy with the latest developments for IOSS and DTP integration.

Pros

Technical intergration of our website with Sage50 is important to us. We have worked with the team at GOb2b for many years now. They understand what we need, and they deliver what I believe to be the most techincal demands we make of the software for true B2C, B2B, IOSS and DTP ecommerce.

Cons

The only difficulty we found with intergration related to how to deal with limitations of Sage50

Pros

We've used for over 10 years and during that time have grown online sales year on year. It is relatively straight forward to setup and maintain.

Cons

Most customisation has to be done by a developer which means either through the support desk or as a separately quoted project. However, on most occasions when we've wanted to customise our store, for example to meet a specific customer requirement, we've found a way by working with Gob2b.

It's the people really, they tell you the truth and work extremely hard to find the best solution. I am looking forward to working with Gob2b for a long time.

Pros

The ease of use for our customers, along with the strong support from GOb2b

Cons

Shopfront designer can have its moments, but it still does the job and allows us to fully control our website. This is being replaced soon with a new designer, which will make admin much sliker going forward

The choice was simply because they had a real grasp of our complicated industry

Good company to deal with, and a very good product. Their direct and honest responses to our queries or requests for development work, makes working with them very straight forward.

Pros

Designed and built specifically for Sage ERP system. Orders go directly onto our system. Live stock and pricing information to our customers.

Perhaps a cloud based version, which I understand is in development

Pros

Quick response and fix any urgent issue promptly. Integration with Sage 200 is excellent with real-time number of stocks and pricing. GOb2b are always available and do their utmost to meet our requirements.

Cons

There is always room for improvement as you will always want to add another feature or make changes to the customer journey.

They have taken our outdated Opencart shop platform and provided a state of the art new shopping platform with ultimate versatility.

Pros

The team at GOb2b are always available and do their utmost to meet our unique requirements.

Cons

The software we have is a stripped down version to make it quicker and easier to deploy so it is as expected. Any speed issues that we had have been dealt with satisfactorily.

Great team, always quick to respond and never leave any issue unsolved

Pros

we have a simple template but yet this is still very effective and provides our customers a simple platform to place orders and not overcomplicate

Cons

Promotions can be quite tricky especially if running multiple ones at a time, would also like to show savings on checkout as a total

Pros

Sage is easily integrated into the software when it comes to stock levels, stock prices, customer accounts, customer discounts, and generating fully processed orders as soon as they are placed online.

Cons

It can be difficult to implement your own customisable features without contacting support.

It's early days at the moment but the adoption of this software will be a major step forward for us.

Pros

The integration with Sage is very powerful, volume discounts for instance are fully integrated. Shopfront Designer is powerful and easy to use. And very quick.

Cons

There are one or two minor quirks, but overall very little not to like.
