Excelente, práctico y confiable (todo en el marco de las leyes: IMSS, ISR, etc.)

Pros

Cálculos automáticos, historial de colaborador, veracidad en los cálculos.

Cons

Un poco, la rapidez en la solución de los tickets.

Te permite hacer el timbrado en forma sencilla y rápida, solo tienes que tener tus archivos del SAT actualizados. NOMILINEA hace las actualizaciones en automático de los requerimientos de SAT, IMSS u otros….y te avisa cuando se van a implementar. La asistencia técnica es genial y tienes tutoriales en YouTube y en su página por si tienes alguna duda.

Pros

Funciones muy fáciles de usar para hacer cálculos de nómina, timbrados. Son contados los clicks que debes hacer para operaciones complicadas.

Cons

Hasta el momento no he tenido algún detalle con el software.

Buen sistema pero mal servicio al cliente. No buscan darle mas herramientas o apoyo a los clientes para hacerlo mas practico.

Pros

Es intuitivo, fácil se capacitar el personal nuevo. Aunque se demoran se tardan en hacer la actualizaciones confirme a los nuevos lineamientos de ley. Me gusta mucho la opción de la APP que se implemento para descargar los recibos

Cons

Sus ventajas se ven opacadas por el servicio de soporte, si no contratas una póliza de soporte pierde la utilidad del 50% la funcionalidad que tiene y con el que los administradores y usuarios pueden usarlo de manera autónoma.

Porque se veía sencillo, practico, la cantidad de trabajadores era mínima parecía y tenia y servicio de soporte mas personalizado.

Es un sistema que tiene poca probabilidad de fallar en cálculos si está bien parametrizado, aunque tiene sus detalles

Pros

Es un sistema muy amigable y fácil de operar.

Cons

La atención y seguimiento de los tickets, el tiempo de respuesta no es el óptimo. No me agrada que cualquier configuración tiene costo adicional

Pros

Es un producto fácil de usar e implementar, tiene los principales módulos para operar y resolver las incidencias.

Cons

El hecho de pagar por separado los módulos, algunas veces el área de soporte no soluciona de forma esperada algunos incovenientes.

La ventaja y el por que utilizo NOMILINEA es básicamente por el timbrado de recibos y es lo mas eficiente que considero de esta plataforma

Pros

El software es muy amigable y facil de operar

Cons

La parte que personalmente considero es muy ineficiente es la atencion de problemas (TIKETS), como bien saben la nomina vamos con tiempos establecidos y el no cumplirlos conlleva a problemas en la operacion, el levantar un tiket y que te atiendan pueden pasar horas para que te respondan y en muchas de las ocasiones no se resuelve a la primera ni segundo comentario. El que no tengan un area de atencion telefonica o personalizada entorpece este paso, pues tal vez la duda o solicitud es muy sencilla que en una llamada de 5 minutos puede resolverse y el levantar un tiket, que lo respondan, que respondas, etc lleva demasiado tiempo.

Es muy buena opción para llevar la administración de nóminas y en cierta media la gestión de Recursos Humanos. Si lo volvería a adquirir.

Pros

Que están certificados por las autoridades, esto da garantía. que funciona 100% por internet y su facilidad de utilización.

Cons

Personalizar el sistema es difícil, complicado y muchos aspectos no es posible. El seguimiento de soporte para asuntos urgentes es muy deficiente.
