Surprise, surprise, the positive reviews for this service are incentivized. The key for this type of product to build pipeline is accurate data. Despite all of the scraping and "proprietary algorithms," I showed the \[sensitive content hidden\] and my account rep that their data is junk. The numbers it quotes are little better than a google search. It will under/over state revenues, employees, sales, etc. The phone numbers it has are largely generic 800 numbers and the org charts show people who have long left the company in my experience. If you're simply looking for a company's tech stack, their data could be an option for you, although their are cheaper tools where you could accomplish the same.Just so it's clear I'm not complaining to be complaining, the search function and criteria are functionally correct and easy enough to use. Once you successfully sync your CRM, it's also easy to import the data. Note, to get Hubspot working, we did need to pay for technical expertise and then found out there were bugs with the connection which Etailinsights promised would be fixed in future releases. However, the problem is that the data is no good as mentioned before. Unfortunately, a multi-year agreement was signed before I got to this company, but I will be sure to cancel before the agreement is up.I'm writing this review to prevent other companies from wasting their money on this junk.

Pros

The search tools are easy to use. You can customize the search to finely tune the search to what you're looking for.

Cons

HOWEVER, the problem is that no matter how well you adjust your search criteria, their database is riddled with bad data. Their revenue, company size, order, etc information is off. In speaking to my account rep and the \[sensitive content hidden\], they said we were under contract and too bad basically.
