Pros
As I said, ElectionBuddy's platform is a perfect fit for our organization and anyone can use it effectively. It is super easy to navigate and configure.
The interface is very user friendly, and easy to navigate. The chat assistance is very effective and friendly.
Easy to use and the help support was exceptional when I had questions. Trying it out first with the test run was a great idea and a good way to get comfortable with the system.
The price is very competitive and the whole experience is user friendly and flexible. The reporting in particular is very informative and useful.
Cons
The one thing that was a little confusing came when testing.
I am struggling to find a con. I do not think I have one.
My ballot was a little confusing to set up (but assistance from ElectionBuddy ensured I had everything correct before the vote went out).
I can't say that there is anything I dislike about this software.
"Great tool for running elections of all shapes and sizes"
Overall: It's taken away a lot of the pain of running an online election, just one less thing to worry about.
Pros: Ease of use and flexibility. Lots of different voting options, you can duplicate past elections to speed up setting up new ones and overall the UX is good.
Cons: the opaque pricing strcuture makes it hard to know how much it will cost before you reach checkout
"High Quality Customer Services"
Overall: My experience for the last couple of weeks with [sensitive content hidden] has been wonderful. When she didn't have an answer right away, she kept me informed on what she was doing to get me an answer. Also, after she didn't hear from me, she followed up with me to make sure my problem was resolved. Today, she spent a couple of hours with me trying various things to resolve my problem. She was very friendly and patient and best of all, she fixed my problem!! Thanks [sensitive content hidden], you are great representative of your company!!!
Pros: The cost of ElectionBuddy is what initially attracted me to the product. However, each time I have reached out to the customer support team, I have had excellent service. I have received rapid and effective responses.
Cons: Initially, I was not pleased with the idea of not being able to contact a support representative via telephone. However, I have found that the chat team is very quick to respond and is very knowledgeable.

"Not worth the purchase for professional users."
Overall: mediocre. I wish I had went with VoteHOA instead. at first there pricing is higher, but if you were paying for the consulting, the pricing ends up being the same.
Pros: The software worked as it should. If you are doing the more basic service I think this is for you. I don't think they are that great for professional users.
Cons: The follow up was not great. I showed interest on the [sensitive content hidden] and I did not get it set up finally till [sensitive content hidden] (I was hoping for a week turn around). Once I did get it set up, they did not send out all the notification reminders I had paid for. It was not till the end that, I realized it had happened.

Overall: No help at all. They tell different stories if younask about the garunteed integrity there is no real.answer or they change the subject plus they are not in the usa
Pros: Nothing it says it has a garuntee on integrity . Thats not true . Theybhave to have administrators ok toneven dona integrity. So if the administrator is bad then sonis this software

"Vey Easy To Use"
Overall: As I said, ElectionBuddy's platform is a perfect fit for our organization and anyone can use it effectively. It is super easy to navigate and configure.
Pros: ElectionBuddy is a very easy platform to use. Most of what we needed was already there and we did not need to modify much of anything. Al we had to do was to select the features that fitted our needs. I was also able to very quickly show my assistant administrators how to use it in case was not available.
Cons: The only thing I did not care for was the lack of immediate customer service support. Although they were very helpful when they responded, there can be an up to 2-hour response delay. To their defense, their online support tips were also very helpful.
