Use the app, use it properly - don't lie to it! - and persist. Results will come. :) Pros I love the calorie tracker and how the app forces you to check in on yourself. I thought I was a healthy eater, and I was! I just didn't realize how much I could afford to eat more veggies in my diet. I managed to hit my weight goal in just under three months! Cons The lessons become incredibly redundant and a bit of a drag. The voice overs that were made so you could listen to the lessons instead of read them are not of all the same quality. Some are great and others sound very robotic or some words are downright mispronounced. I also dislike that the option to use Treat Days disappears when you go from Weight Loss mode to Maintenance mode. It also took a long while for my calorie zone to change/adapt when I went from Weight Loss to Maintenance. At first, I enjoyed the accountability. After a few months, it became old with the food journaling. The others in my group rarely posted, and the coach posted stuff, I'm sure from copy and paste. Pros I liked the accountability of having a health coach and others on the weight loss journey with me. Cons I wanted more with recipes and menus. It felt too forced after a while like I dreaded having to record everything. Ultimately, it didn't help me lose weight. The exchange with the coach was very generic and superficial. I really found no benefit in it at all. Every calculation the app gives is on point and feasible and if anyone is willing to loose weight, I bet you it's the perfect app that'll help you with that. I like that it uses behavioral therapy to estimate what you do and recommend the perfect solution for you personally and based on you. I decided to recommend it to a friend and just like I expected he was able to loose considerable weight. It makes you accountable for what you eat. I like the classification of food into three categories. I did lose some weight while using it. Cons Better classification of food can be done. In terms of daily carbs, protein intake, etc. It is kind of expensive because you will also need a meal plan along with it. Weighing yourself each day is also kind of too extreme.
