Pros

We used Chatwerk as a tool to answer Whatsapp messages from one place and integrate it with our CRM system. It works perfectly with WhatsApp integration but the part where it integrates with CRMs is still very basic. I know the team is working on improving that and adding on more features.

Cons

Basic CRM integration with Hubspot. Manual entries are required, and no automation is available at times.

Es gibt doch mehr Einstellungen und Tücken im Workflow, als man vorher vielleicht denkt. das ist sehr aufwendig, sich genaue Gedanken darüber zu machen

Pros

Die verschiedenen Chats sind übersichtlich und die Erledigung von Nachrichten, etc. gut gestaltet. Auch die automatischen Antworten lassen sich recht unkompliziert verwalten.

Cons

Leider können Dokumente bzw. Fotos welche z.B. über Whatsapp erhalten wurde nicht am PC gespeichert oder ausgedruckt werden. Auch die Chatverläufe lassen sich nicht speichern, was für unseren Bereich bezüglich nach Vollziehbarkeit ein Problem darstellt.

Wir wollen potentiellen Kunden eine weitere Option zur Kontaktaufnahme zur Verfügung stellen und kündigt natürlich auch WhatsApp Kampagnen über WhatsApp vornehmen.

Pros

Das "Look & Feel" der Software ist für mich perfekt. Es ist keine lange Einarbeitungszeit nötig, der User kann sofort loslegen.

Cons

Das Video zur Beschreibung der Implementierung war nicht mehr am letzen Entwicklungsstand. Die Implementierung der Software selbst ist aber sehr einfach und selbsterklärend.
